There are plenty of hot spring facilities including an open-air bath, and you can enjoy it as a private hot spring. The hostess's service is perfect, and the inn has a hell steamer, so you can cook your own meals.

It was a room with a toilet on the first floor. You can use three private baths, including a rooftop open-air bath, and one hell kiln. It's an inn with 6 rooms, so I thought it might be noisy if there were families with children. It was 6000 yen per night without meals, so I felt it was worth the price. The landlady is very cheerful.

I was able to stay overnight on the first day of the New Year. This was because group visitors were unable to come due to the Noto Peninsula earthquake and had to cancel. Since I came to Beppu, I wanted to stay at a hot spring inn, but all the places were full during the year-end and New Year holidays, so I gave up on more than half of my stay. The landlady was a good talker and was the epitome of the service industry. I was a guest after 6:00 pm and stayed overnight without meals, but since it was New Year's Day, I had ozoni the next morning. It's so delicious, I can say it's my first time making zoni. There were three hot spring baths, but I was satisfied with just one.

The hostess's hospitality was at the same level as other Japanese inns. They even remembered my child's name, and I received the kind of hospitality that is practiced at a certain luxury resort. The rooftop open-air bath has unlimited free flowing water 24 hours a day, and the view of the sunrise from here is amazing. The Jigokumushi facility was well equipped and it was easy to try it out. This is a wonderful accommodation that I can definitely recommend.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the open-air bath on the rooftop is the best. The futon was clean and comfortable, so I had a good night's sleep. This is the most recommended inn in Beppu.

I stayed with my mother, husband, and sister. The mother is very friendly, the room is clean, and there are 3 baths, so you don't have to go to the public bath. This time I only cooked for myself, but when I saw how the dinner was being prepared, it looked delicious, so I think it might be a good idea to include a meal next time.It was an inn that I would like to stay at again.

This is my second time using this service. All rooms are very nice and clean, and the air conditioners and toilets are new and comfortable as of March 2022.There are three bathrooms, including an open-air bath, all of which are equipped with temperature sensors, and the hostess on the first floor always maintains the appropriate temperature.Above all, the rooftop open-air bath is the best! ️In the morning, you can enjoy the sunrise directly in front of you, or at night, look up at the starry sky and enjoy it privately.☺Dinner is not included, but if you order breakfast in advance, you can enjoy a wide variety of hot and delicious meals.Above all, the proprietress' cheerful and good nature shines through.Even if it is your first time at Beppu Kannawa, we will treat you with kindness and care.He told us about everything from restaurants to hot springs and other famous places other than the inn.By the way, there is a public bath called Jigokuhara-yu, which is also used by locals, right next to Tama-no-sou, and guests can enter for free.
