Since it's located in Beppu, I thought I'd be able to see the ocean, but since it's inland and has very poor access, there's almost no view from the open-air bath in the guest room. I think it's good for families as there are many facilities for children, but it's not suitable for couples.

There is a bad smell when you enter the room...It wasn't well cleaned, there was dirt from the previous person's hands, the floor was dirty, and it wasn't very pleasant. The location is bad for sightseeing purposes, so I wish there was some other concept that would make me want to go there, but there isn't anything in particular. The quality of the food is also not good...I think it's OK if you're staying on business.

I used it with my children when I returned to my hometown. The only time I spent at the hotel was to sleep. The staff was very kind, and although I only had breakfast, I was satisfied. There was also a diaper trash can in the room, and a baby mat and baby bath in the bathroom, so it was comfortable to use even with children. However, I was disappointed because I saw a lot of spiders and small flies indoors during the two days.

Although it is a little far from Beppu Station, it is close to Chinoike Jigoku and Tatsumaki Jigoku, and has good access to the hot spring town of Kannawa! The manager and staff are also very courteous! The rooms are clean and I have nothing to complain about! !

The food is delicious, but considering it's difficult to access, far from the city, and the prices at nearby stores, I thought it could have been a little more filling. The room had an open-air bath, so it was nice to be able to use it anytime. Now, the bad news is that the facility is old.I encountered spiders and cockroaches several times in the building, which made me feel very uncomfortable.I also think there is a problem with the cleaning of the rooms. There's a strong smell of mold, and there's a lot of mold on the walls, around the air conditioner, and even on the curtains. It costs about 15,000 to 20,000 yen per person on weekdays, and the quality is not good. Before that, I had stayed at Hoshino Resorts Beppu Kai, so I felt it was too bad.(Both are weekdays so there is no big price difference)

It's completely normal. It was great because the hot spring water in the room was the strongest and could be adjusted. The food may not be enough. It was also nice to be able to read manga in my room.

This is my first time using it. When we arrived, we found a surprising amount of service: free ice cream in front of the lobby, various free drinks in the lounge, shaved ice that you could make yourself, and even free shochu. Since we were a family of five, we chose a larger room, but the toilet and bath had handrails, and I felt that the design was very friendly to those who require nursing care. The staff was very friendly and I look forward to using them again next time.
