Shiga Highland Hotel is a wonderful hotel located in Shiga Kogen, Nagano Prefecture. Beautiful nature spreads out around you, and you can enjoy the scenery of each season. The hotel itself is very luxurious, with comfortable rooms and quality facilities, but there are no air conditioners or fans. That's how cool it is outside. The building looks like it was built during the bubble era, and some areas are now closed. But that can't be helped. I think it's a trend of the times. The desolate feeling also gives it a retro feel. The staff's service is also excellent and will provide you with a comfortable stay. There are also plenty of hot spring facilities where you can soothe your tired body.I think it's good because the price is cheap and you can stay there. If you don't like the other comments, go to Prince! I think that's right. It's a reasonable hotel. As for meals, you can enjoy delicious dishes made with plenty of local ingredients. We especially recommend fresh, locally grown vegetables and mountain delicacies.Shiga Highland Hotel is also ideally located for enjoying skiing and snowboarding. In winter, the snowy mountains spread out and many skiers and snowboarders visit. The hotel has good access to lifts, so you can enjoy sports to the fullest.Overall, Shiga Highland Hotel is an ideal accommodation for relaxing and enjoying activities. Recommended for those who want to spend a comfortable vacation in a quiet environment surrounded by nature.

If you think of it as a student training camp, there's no problem.I arrived on a Saturday morning, but I was able to check in early and was able to take a nap, which was very helpful. It is said that the response is curt, but it is not a resort hotel so there is no problem. If you're not happy, go to Prince.I can eat a decent amount of food to my fill. However, the content is strict for foreigners. Those who are dissatisfied and foreigners should go to Prince. There are minimal rooms. If you're not happy, go to Prince. The room where you can store your luggage after checking out is very large, and I'm very happy that I can take a bath before heading home. There aren't many places that even let you take a bath.I am very grateful to have two meals included at such a low price.Anyway, if you're complaining, you've made the wrong choice. Shut up and pay to stay at Prince.

Hotel customer service is terrible. The receptionist at the front desk was inadequate and did not provide a proper explanation. At check-in, there is no information about meal times or bath times.A foreign staff member was there to guide us during dinner, but they were silent and we didn't know where to sit.Is it possible to at least train the Japanese staff to remember ``Please wait'' and call the Japanese staff over?I have seen them teaching foreign staff several times, but the way they teach is so bad that I feel uncomfortable watching them. The room was not cleaned half-heartedly and there were half-used towels left behind. There was no place to put my snowboard board, and there was no sign posted, but I was told, ``That's a group area, so don't put it there.'' I felt like I was being scolded, and I wish there was a better way to say it. I feel sorry for that. When you have a general problem or try to ask what's going on, they either don't respond or their response is terrible.I had planned to stay for 2 nights, but I almost thought about changing my accommodation for the second night.I will never stay here again no matter how cheap it is.The food is minimal and not photogenic. The location of the hotel itself is very good.

The response from the staff was good.It seems like some people were having trouble. Many of the staff and people staying here are from other countries. The rental place in the basement looked like a place where Kamaji would be.Please give it a try.

A memorable resort hotel where I stayed at a ski camp during my high school days.
