I stayed here to participate in a cycling event.Since I stayed without meals and checked out early in the morning, I was unable to experience much of the hotel's services, but there was a comfortable-looking lounge and the food seemed to be well-received, so I would like to use it again. The air conditioner was not available in the room. Fortunately, it was early September, so it wasn't too hot, so it wasn't a problem. However, people who are sensitive to heat may be worried. There is a fan. There is hot water, a microwave, a teacup, and tea bags in the hot water supply room in the hallway. If you look at the hotel's website, you'll see a lot of interesting activities listed. There's also a bicycle model course that looks pretty tough, and I'd like to try it someday.

It was a very nice hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the interior was sophisticated and cozy. All the staff were very kind and gave us detailed advice regarding sightseeing. There are many tourist spots nearby and access is very convenient. I would definitely like to stay here again next time. Recommended!

I went during the Obon season, and to my surprise, they didn't turn on the air conditioning. I negotiated to be able to change the room to one with air conditioning, but since there isn't enough shared electricity, I can't use air conditioning in all the rooms. That's what I was told, but what about winter? Are you operating without heating? That's what I thought. This time I was tired and it would be difficult to cancel and find another hotel, so I held back. The male employee who helped me at check-in smelled like alcohol and his face was a little red. Are you drunk? When someone talked to me while I was eating, the smell of cigarettes was quite noticeable. The only thing I can appreciate is that the dinner was very delicious.I would like to go back just for the food, but I can't recommend it.I gave up thinking that I paid ¥18,000 per person for the meal.

Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, being right next to the Takamagahara bus stop and lifts. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have a huge skiing room to store gear. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. For dinners, we tried both the more western-style version and the Japanese nabe-version set meals. The western style didn’t really suit our taste and was very slow paced (reminded me of European meal pacing), but the nabe meal was delicious and fast paced. The only thing I thought could have been better was our room. I wasn’t a big fan of the western style room we booked. I would definitely want to book a Japanese style room next time.

We stayed here as a family of 3 with preschool children. |I stayed in a large twin Japanese style room that had just been renovated, and it was spacious enough for three people to relax. …
