The check in process was a very bad experience for us, we dragged our luggage all the way to Address Nagasaka as none of the emails we received stated that check in was at Address Nozawa. They then sent a driver to pick us up who refused to drive all the way up to the accommodation so we had to walk back down with our luggage. The staff at reception also offered zero sympathy or apologies.There was no coffee or tea which is usually provided in self contained accommodation.The shower is also very uncomfortable; when you increase the water pressure it starts to sting your skin.The location is great though, right next to the Gondola.

Exceptional ski in ski out location near the Nagasaka Gondola. Easy enjoyable walk to town. Bedrooms are comfortable with serviceable kitchenette. Common drying room, laundry, and ski storage available. Craft Room on ground floor offers great coffee, food and bar. Love Nozawa Onsen.

Amazing location right at the foot of Nagasaka Gondola, with a splendid view of the town. Very spacious apartment with a kitchenette. The staff was very helpful and easy to communicate with in English. They offer a dry room and lockers to store your gear. We rented from Sports Thanx, which is basically next door. The Craft Room downstairs offered a nice place to grab a drink.

We stayed at Address Nagasaka for 7 nights and loved it! The room had a comfortable bed, heating, bathroom, and small kitchen. In basement we had access to a laundry and drying room for our snow equipment. ||The location was fantastic! …
