The breakfast buffet has many varieties and is very cost effective. The walls in the guest room are so thin that you can hear the snoring from the next room, and the unit bath is small, but since it was a relatively inexpensive stay, I was very satisfied considering I was only staying there rather than relaxing in the room.

I used it on a trip to the Boso area.Although the building is quite worn out, it is kept very well maintained.Also, the staff were cheerful and very pleasant.The Grand Park Group has a wide variety of breakfast options so you won't get bored.I will also use it if I have the opportunity.

I arrived early, but I was able to check in, but since the room was only available from 4pm, I decided to kill time by drinking coffee at a nearby convenience store or a bakery near the station.Returned at 16:00 and went to the room, which was not very spacious, but the bed was semi-double and spacious.The bath was a common unit bath with a toilet, and shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were properly arranged.Toothbrushing and shaving facilities are located in the elevator hall on the first floor.There were times when I was a little concerned about the sound of the person next to me, but before I knew it I was asleep...Breakfast was served buffet style from 6am, so you could eat as much as you wanted.I think there are a lot of different types.I would like to visit you again next year.

I had no choice but to stay here because it was the only place available. There are no repeats.Is the room on the second floor an outdoor unit of air conditioning equipment? If you are sensitive to noise, we recommend staying on the upper floor.Although it was a non-smoking room, I was concerned about the smell of cigarette tar and the smell typical of old hotels.Recommended for those who prioritize price.Parking is free.

Stayed at Grand Park Hotel Excel Kisarazu in Kisarazu City, Chiba Prefecture😪I had a breakfast buffet😊You can choose from a wide variety of Japanese and Western food.I was impressed by the deliciousness of the clam rice, sardine fishball soup, fried lotus root scissors, and marinated horse mackerel fish cake😢It was a hotel worth staying at just because you could enjoy delicious food in the morning 👍

I am staying here for a long time (about 2 months) on a business trip.I have stayed at many business hotels for work and private purposes, but this hotel was in my top three.I'm on a business trip, so my company pays for the accommodation, but if I were to come here for personal reasons, I wouldn't stay at this inn.First, let's start with the bad points.1.The room is small2. The entire unit bath is small.The whole unit bath is also small, but the bathtub is also small!If you just look at the bathtub, it's the narrowest I've ever been.3. In this day and age, air conditioners are centrally managed.I stayed from the end of March to May, and the air conditioning in the room was heated until April 15th even though it was hot during the day. On the other hand, after that, even though the nights were cold and I needed heat, the air conditioner was still cooling.4. Clean your room once a week!There was a sign next to the elevator that said, ``In consideration of environmental issues, the rooms of long-term guests will be cleaned once a week.'' Of course, there are also discounts for long-term stays, etc. I'm sure there is, but this is the first time I've been to a hotel that takes more than 3 days to clean.5. Large bathFirst of all, you can only enter after 5pm.To enter, you must leave your room key at the front desk and borrow the key to the large bathroom. . .The front desk is on the first floor and the large bath is on the second floor, so it's a bit of a hassle.good points1. Close to Kimitsu Station2. There are many convenience stores, supermarkets, and bars around the hotel.

The exterior of the building was beautiful. The facilities and interior are not new. The staff at the front desk and breakfast venue were courteous. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of staple foods and side dishes, and was delicious. Amenities such as toothbrushes are not available in the room, so you have to get them from a stand next to the elevator on the 1st floor. There is free wifi. There was a coin laundry (two washing machines and two dryers) and a vending machine. About 5 minutes walk from Kisarazu Station. It's convenient because there is a 7 diagonally in front of you.The rooms are small, but sufficient for a single person staying. The TV stand is equipped with a chair and doubles as a work space. There is an outlet on the table so you can work on your PC. There is a separate table where you can store your luggage.You can hear the opening and closing sounds of guest room doors or closets on the same floor or on other floors. Also, I thought the walls were thin because I could hear people talking and laughing in the next room. There is a washlet in the toilet, but it didn't work.
