Splendid oasis of peace full of greenery in the kiosk inside. Staff more than kind and helpful, they served me their excellent breakfast even though I arrived 20 minutes after the scheduled time.Highly recommended.

The garden is absolutely stunning!The rooms are gorgeous too with a huge balcony.Staff were very friendly and helpful. For breaky there was fresh fruit, bread and cereal that were self serve and then 1 hot meal per person made to order, was absolutely delicious.I find that some pools in bali are freezing but this one was perfect, surrounded by the garden it was such a nice place to relax.They have a spa/massage at the hotel too, you ask for which treatment you would like at reception and then the therapist will come to your room and take you to the spa.

The Suma Hotel is located on Lovina Beach. A beautiful building from the outside, with direct access to the beach.The room we booked was beautiful, with a four-poster bed and great Balinese decoration.Unfortunately the toilet didn't work, so we got another room.Much smaller, simplest equipment, no comparison to the one booked.The breakfast is minimalistic and not convincing either. You can choose 1 meal from a list, which is also very tasty (e.g. Mie Goreng).The beach is full of boats for dolphin trips, but unfortunately it's also completely littered with rubbish.

I give 5 stars despite a false rating because the hotel is really great, the interior park with the swimming pool really soothing and magnificent, the rooms very classy and clean, the sea at the foot of the hotel and close to the center, good that I still haven't really understood what a city center is in Bali, you will see for yourself...This is not really mentioned but for snorkeling enthusiasts, just in front of the hotel, even if it is not the best spot in Bali, there are a lot of fish just a few meters from the shore, we We saw very diverse species and turtles, a must do!!!The only downside was that we ate at lunchtime when we arrived at the hotel restaurant, we paid in cash and did not take the bill, when we left 48 hours later they wanted to make us pay this bill again, moreover, by recounting the various invoices for our consumption, they tell us an additional 300,000 rupees, of course we have not paid for the meal already invoiced, nor the 300,000 rupees, but it is still a bit painful, so take your bills carefully, something we do from now on for the rest of our stay and check what you have consumed, I don't think these errors are intentional but rather due to a certain laxity.In short, a very nice step...

Hotel 2 steps from the beach, our room was really small, no dedicated place to put suitcases and there was no shower in the toilet. The bedding squeaks enormously. The restaurant is good but our dessert never came out of the kitchen, we are still waiting for it! A few small flaws to correct but it remains a good hotel. Positive point: the swimming pool is warm, which is very pleasant.

We would recommend this hotel to everyone. It is a smaller hotel with a swimming pool in the middle surrounded by plants, it looks beautiful. Our room was very spacious, the bed was wonderful, there was a mosquito net and a very large balcony. The breakfast is good and you can choose different dishes that they prepare for you. The staff is very helpful and friendly and speaks very good English!

I recently stayed here for 3 nights, it was so good I had to extend my stay to 4 nights!The owner was so nice, she was a breath of fresh air. She took to us personally offering us excursions, breakfast options etc.The hotel dog ‘Nala’ is the sweetest thing ever, and her 4 pups are the cutest things to exist.The rooms were lovely and spacious. Beds were really comfortable (although a bit squeaky) and the aircon was perfect.The only issue I would report is the bathrooms not being very soundproof, we had a neighbour try talking to us through the walls for the first 2 nights?Besides this, I would recommend staying here if you’re in Lovina.

The rooms are beautiful, quite large, with a pleasant terrace.The wifi works very well.The swimming pool is extremely pleasant.The breakfasts are good.There are restaurants and mini markets around the hotel.The beach is a few minutes walk away but it's not great.We were supposed to stay 3 nights, we spent 10 days there.

Try to reach this hotel from more than a week. without any answer.Look like a fake. Are not serious at all ! The phone is not working, they are not answering to email. Go to another place !!!!!!!!!! Very NOOOT recommend. (I can change my review if you are giving my money back and responding ! If not I will alway consider that you are not a serious hotel)

We were here for one night, the accommodation in the photos does not match the quality at all. We had a window in our room that couldn't be closed, so anything could get in, like a mouse running around outside. The bathroom had a crumbling and moldy ceiling, the overall cleanliness of the bathroom was tragic, and the bathroom door could not be closed. The breakfast was average and the selection minimal. I really do not recommend the accommodation!

Our recent stay at Suma Beach Hotel was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations in every way.From the moment we stepped into our room, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the thoughtful amenities provided. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a delightful balcony offering stunning views. We especially enjoyed the convenience of having a bathtub inside the room, a coffee maker, and a hairdryer, which added to our comfort and convenience during our stay.Special from this hotel, Lovina Beach access is behind the Hotel. The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the breakfast.The selection was diverse and delicious, catering perfectly to both adults and children in our family. The serene atmosphere of the dining area made our mornings relaxing and enjoyable. Staff really helpful and friendly to guest.While our overall experience was exceptional, we do have a small suggestion if you bring your parents or elderly guests. It would be better to ask on first floor to ensure their comfort due to access to second floor only strairs. Beside that, it would be better if each room have a telephone to make easier for communication and wifi routers on second floor to ensure speed and strong of signal.

Green oasis, very quiet and a bit remote! About 2 kilometers to the Dolphin Statue! Pool clean, staff very friendly! The only drawback is the restaurant, the food is great, but the wait for the food is very long!
