A little surly service and old rooms. However, the hot spring bath and rich breakfast are highly recommended.Good location in the middle of Akakura Ginza.

I made a reservation directly with the hotel. |This is a small hotel reminiscent of the typical Showa era ski bubble. …

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Just a short walk to the chairlift and struck it lucky with a perfect powder day!! Room was basic but met our needs as we were skiing all day and enjoying the small village bars and restaurants at night. Onsen was lovely and so appreciated at the end of the day. Great drying room. Super friendly owners- such a pleasure to meet you Miwa, hope to visit again one day xx

Although it is an old inn, the price is cheap, so I have no complaints. I couldn't finish the food. thank you.

Stayed here during a road trip during the off-season in October. The bath was a hot spring with plenty of hot spring water, and it was a suitable temperature for me (about 39 degrees Celsius), but the proprietress said that the temperature was low and the temperature of the water had dropped.Meals are served on the table according to the time. The butter-grilled scallops and ginger tempura for dinner, and the grilled salmon for breakfast were especially delicious, and I was satisfied with the content and quantity for the price. It is said that during the ski season, many foreigners stay here in search of the quality snow, and it is crowded, so you can enjoy Akakura Onsen in a different way than in the quiet off-season.

The hot spring is a calcium/magnesium-sodium sulfate/bicarbonate spring with a communal source (Kitajigokudani source), source temperature 50.2℃, and pH 6.6. Slight hydrogen sulfide odor. Although the water is fed directly from the source, it does not overflow and appears to be drained from the edge of the bathtub. There is only one bathtub. It is good to enter even at night. Is the temperature a little hot in the summer?
