I used it for work.Even though it's a business hotel, it comes with breakfast, but I wondered what it would be like to have breakfast at a business hotel from 7am these days.I deducted points because I would like them to do a little more research (listening to customer feedback) about where most of the business travelers in the Suwa area stay for work. The worst thing about a business trip is that even though the main contractor has asked for breakfast to be included, I have to go to the site without being able to eat because of the travel time to the site... I feel sad when I'm at a hotel on a business trip.I was very satisfied with the room, service, and location, but... it's time for breakfast 😢Also, the directions to the parking lot - covered but narrow parking lot - to the hotel are too unclear, so please clarify. Also, I'm on a business trip...If you want to go out at night, there are restaurants on the first floor of the hotel, and if you walk around or go into the back alleys, there are many places where older sisters are, so I don't think it would be inconvenient.I used it for work this time, but I would like to use it again if I ever come to Suwa personally. If the breakfast start time was revised, I wouldn't have much to say.

The location is good as there is a supermarket near the station. The breakfast menu changes for consecutive nights. There is a small hot spring on the top floor.

Although the building is old, it was good for a long-established hotel. The location is close to the dining area, and there is a shop on the first floor of the hotel, so there is no problem even if the weather is bad. It's nice to be able to take a bath even late at night.

There is a public bath, but the water is too hot. I couldn't get in. . I went there by motorcycle, and I was grateful that the parking lot on the first floor was covered.

From the outside of the hotel building to even walking inside, you can tell that the hotel has a bit of history; In terms of location, although the map shows it is closer to the West Exit of Kamisuwa Station, in fact there is no official West Exit of Kamisuwa Station. You have to exit from the East Exit and then take the pedestrian bridge to reach the hotel. I recommend not Be sure to take the pedestrian bridge. After coming out of the east exit, you can walk one block south and then toward the hotel. In this way, you can reach the hotel on level ground (but you need to pass the level crossing); The rooms and facilities are relatively old, and the cleanliness is average. There are no bottled cleaning products in the bathroom, only small packages of shampoo and soap, which is worth noting; The area near the hotel is relatively quiet, there is no nearby convenience store, and there are not many restaurants. You may have to walk back to the station to have more choices; My reservation includes breakfast, and the hotel prepares one for each guest. I think this breakfast is good.

There is a huge difference between the luxury of the lobby, the deteriorated single room, and the bathroom. Most importantly, it's been a while since I was bitten by a tick. 6,500 yen was expensive.

Used on a bike. The parking lot is covered, so I'm thankful that I don't get wet. However, since it is close to a bar area, it would be better to have security measures such as chain locks. It's reasonably priced, and there's even a hot spring on the rooftop. The buildings and facilities have a Showa to Heisei era feel to them, but you can also say that they have a certain taste. The breakfast wasn't very palatable, but considering the price, it can't be helped.

I stayed there for the weekend. The building seems to be quite old, but the interior doesn't feel that old. Since the first floor is a parking space, it was a little difficult to find the elevator to get to the reception. The inside of the room is also well appointed. However, when I tried to use the mug, there was something that looked like toothpaste on it, so I asked the front desk staff to replace it. The hot spring was a natural hot spring and was very nice, but there were only 3 washing areas and the bathroom was small, so if there were several people in there, it would be too small to relax and relax. In fact, the room was full except inside, and some people returned to their rooms. The view from the hot springs was great as you could see Lake Suwa!I was satisfied with the room, but the bed was too small for two people. There were a few things that bothered me, but the staff was very responsive and there are many convenient restaurants around the hotel, so I didn't have any trouble going out for dinner. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

I was surprised that the room had been renovated❢It was clean and the nightstand and TV stand were new. The shampoo and other items in the bathroom are individually packaged, so they are clean and waste-free. I could see the fireworks over Lake Suwa from the window on the 7th floor, but I couldn't take a good photo because of the reflection from the window glass.
