A couple in their 40s and their pet (one medium-sized dog) stayed here for two nights in June.The room is like a spacious one-room apartment with a kitchen, so it doesn't feel luxurious, but the location is good, parking is free, and the price is reasonable! A small table, 2 chairs, 2 mugs, and 2 disposable chopsticks were also provided, making it comfortable to eat and drink in the room.Sawamura Roastery, Bakery Restaurant Sawamura, Kawakami-an, etc. are about 2-3 minutes walk, so it was very convenient for meals and tea.There are all kinds of dog goods, dog accommodation is free, and the kitchen is useful for preparing meals for your dog.The bed is hard and comfortable.If you pay in cash at check-in instead of online, you will get a 5% discount, so it is recommended for those who want to stay as cheaply as possible.The front desk staff was also kind and polite.Three things caught my attention.① The walls are thin and you can hear voices from the next room and the hallway, so we do not recommend this for dogs who are sensitive to noise or children who have a tendency to bark.I'm the type of person who gets woken up easily by noises, so I woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of the female guests next to me talking and laughing. (1st day only)②The water pressure in the shower is weak, so we do not recommend this for people who feel stressed around water.③There are no outlets near the bedside, which may be inconvenient for some people.There were some things that bothered me, but it was completely within my tolerance level, so it's an inn I'd like to stay at again (^^)

This price is amazing for this location!Best of all, dogs are allowed.The hotel is very accommodating, and you can bring your dog with you at breakfast.We have a wide range of pet supplies, and all you need for your pet is food.Honestly, I can't complain at this price, but here are some disadvantages 😅First of all, once you enter the parking lot, you cannot leave it immediately.This is because you park in parallel in front and behind you, so if there is a car in front of you, you won't be able to get out right away.There are only stairs.It's a three-story building, so it won't be painful, but elderly people should be careful.Open the door and there will be a mysterious step at the entrance.This didn't bother me, but elderly people should be careful.I hear footsteps upstairs.I stayed on the second floor, but I could hear walking noises.It didn't bother me, but my dog was young and reacted every time I walked.Overall, the price and location are unbelievable in Karuizawa!Condominium type, not suitable for wealthy people.That's what it felt like.If you want to enjoy Karuizawa in style, head to a luxury hotel!If you want to casually enjoy Karuizawa, this hotel is your choice!

Highly recommended for those looking for an old light car nearby. Hotels in the vicinity have relatively high prices, but this one is reasonably priced, and the location is very good for walking around Kumoba Pond and the former light truck area.It's a spacious one-room apartment-like room, and you can cook your own meals.Also, for smokers, there are smoking rooms and pet-friendly rooms.Although I was alone, I was able to relax without any hesitation, and the parking lot was free, which was very good for me personally.

We have stayed with breakfast included four times in the past (all in November) with 3 people and 1 dog.The room is spacious and clean, nothing to complain about! WiFi is perfect. For some people, it may be a problem that there are no elevators and only stairs.There are restaurants nearby where you can have dinner with your dog, so you won't have any trouble bringing your dog along for dinner. (In the evening, we went to the German restaurant Kitzpühr, the udon noodles Tsurutontan, and, although it was early, we went to Karuizawa Veranda and Karuizawa Budou.)However, I don't know of any restaurants that offer breakfast if you bring your dog with you early in the morning, so I'm staying with breakfast included.A few minutes walk to Kyu-Karu Ginza, and Kumoba Pond is within walking distance. Prince Shopping Plaza is also within walking distance if you try hard enough, so I actually saw a dog like that.I was able to park early before checking in, and I was able to park until almost noon after checking out, so I was able to fully enjoy Old Karuizawa.thank you very much!

There are lots of comics at the front desk and in the common area on the second floor, which is very helpful!There is no elevator, so those with large luggage will have to work hard.The room has a kitchen and is spacious.Cooking utensils can be rented for 1000 yen.Breakfast is also delicious with cafe menu!

After all, the location is outstanding. A short walk to Kyukaruizawa. The breakfast made with Asanoya bread and Chozumeya sausage is also delicious. There's no closet, so it's not suitable for long-term stays, but it's reasonably priced, so it's worth it. Bring pajamas too. It's even more convenient if you bring some hangers with you. We also have rooms where you can stay with your pet, so it is recommended for those who want to take a trip on their own.
