I stayed for 6 hours because of the high reviews.The room was spacious and looked old, but it had been cleaned. The room I stayed in was facing the mountain, so the view wasn't too bad.But the room smells. It's probably because of the smell of cigarettes🚬.For someone like me who doesn't like smoking, it was just a pain.And a word of regret about the dinner dishes. I understand that there is a shortage of manpower, but both quantity and quality...🥲🥲For breakfast, the main dish is bacon and eggs. Surprised.The private bath cannot be used due to mechanical failure.It was disappointing

I was disappointed in the poor quality of the food. I'm sure it's due to high prices and other factors, but the taste also has a weird ethnic flavor to it, so I don't understand why.Every time I go there, year after year, things are heading in a more disappointing direction. I was shocked because this was a fun place to stay after climbing a mountain.I had a Japanese-Western style room facing the Alps, but the tatami mats were all over the place, and I felt uncomfortable every time I used the toilet and sink in the room. I want it fixed soon!The cheek meat dish in the course menu is one-of-a-kind, and I wish they would change the fact that there is only one choice.For breakfast, just a small plate of ready-made food? I get the impression that there was nothing to eat.The cost performance is getting worse every timeI wonder if something can be doneA small hotel near my favorite Tsugaike ski resort. Starry sky tours are one of the things I look forward to, so I wish they would reconsider their cooking a little more. used for advertisingThere is a huge difference between the photo and the real thing. I'm rooting for you!

I decided to go on an anniversary trip, and when I was looking for it online, I heard that there was a starry sky tour.I wanted to see the beautiful stars⋆⑅, so I made a reservation! ! Unfortunately, the starry sky tour was canceled due to the rain, but we were able to get an explanation about the planetarium and stars in the basement! After the rain stopped, I wanted to see some stars, so I borrowed binoculars and could only see a few.The exterior looks tasteful and is the sign in front of the hotel? The font is cute and looks stylish when lit up at night◡̈♥The inside of the hotel was clean and the room had a relaxing atmosphere☻It's so cozy! In the women's bath, there are several famous shampoo treatments (like Milbon!) that are a little more expensive, and I was very happy to be able to choose and use them \(^o^)/! ! ! The bath felt so good tooBoth dinner and breakfast were delicious and I was happy ♡I was very satisfied⊂((・⊥・))⊃

My only complaint is that you've to walk quite a bit upslope to reach the hotel, not easy if you've some luggages. Although a hotel car can be arranged for pick up from the bus stop at the bottom of the hill, it's not available at all time as only a selected few of the staffs can drive the car. Otherwise it's a good comfortable hotel with good sized rooms and nice breakfast. It's a ski in/out hotel beside the slope and you can store your ski equipment at the hotel basement.The room prices are on the high side though.However I appreciate the hotel for their great honesty. I've booked a room for 3 adults so although in fact my group is 2 adults and 1 child. They cancel and refund my original booking and charged me a reduced fee as the child is charged half compared to an adult. There's only one hotel staff who can speak English fluently and so communication might be a bit of a problem but the staffs are friendly.

It's been 30 years since I left skiing. It's been two years since my wife and child started going to Tsugaike Kogen because they wanted to experience skiing. I randomly chose an inn for the night at places like Jalan, but a senior at work from Nagano told me, ``There are good inns in Tsugaike!'' The one I stayed at was ``Hakuba Berg House, a small hotel on the starry plateau.'' ”.In conclusion, it was excellent. Many hotels for skiing are expensive due to the high season, and the food, facilities, and baths are mediocre, but this place was different.【meal】Select "60 minutes all-you-can-eat pork shabu & soba". In many cases, the website lists ingredients that look good, but in reality, they're like, "What's this?! The pork is so good! The soba is so good!" It's so delicious that you can't even find it at a shabu-shabu restaurant. This made both my wife and children smile. Moreover, the creative dishes that other guests were eating from other plans also looked delicious. My wife says, ``Let's go there next year!''Also, the breakfast was delicious. The dashi chazuke you eat in the morning will leave you feeling refreshed.【bath】It's not supposed to be a hot spring. However, the hot water is very soft. I live in hot springs all the time, but I ended up soaking in them three times. It will definitely relieve your fatigue.【Facility】I heard that it was recently renovated, but it's not just beautiful, it's also in great taste. When I looked at the wallpaper, they used elaborate patterns, and I could tell that they were aiming for a truly high-class look.[Access to the slope]From the back parking lot, you can walk directly to the slopes in zero minutes. The previous hotel I stayed at was also close to the ski slopes, but once I experienced the convenience of this place, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.【staff】I thought there were a lot of people from overseas, but everyone was trying their best to serve customers. I also work in the customer service industry, so I guess they train their employees to be customer-oriented.I was hesitant, thinking that if I write too many good things about it, the competition for lodging will increase and I won't be able to make reservations for next year, but I decided to write about something good because it's good. I've been to Hokkaido, Kyushu, and other places, and this hostel was one of the best in the world, even without the introductions of seniors. I’m looking forward to next year!
