You can come and go on foot near Zenkoji Temple. It's on a hill, so the view from the room is good. The inside of the hotel is old and old, although some traces of its former splendor remain, and the owner is elderly and has reached his limits. On the surface, it has been cleaned, but the details seem to have not been taken care of. Many corpses of insects (large moths, stink bugs, G). The bath is small and the shower only comes out for a short time. I was charged again even though I paid online. I didn't use it because it was early spring, but there was a fee for the kotatsu. It took a toll on my spirits, but I was relieved in a sense because I was able to read the reviews and prepare for the trip in advance, and on the day it was fully booked and there were many other customers in the same situation. I hope it will be revived through renewal.

I visited Zenkoji Temple in the cold and then headed out.Although I had already paid online, I was surprised to be charged again. It took a long time to confirm and I had to wait. Poor technique. After that, when I entered the room, it was extremely cold as there was no kotatsu or air conditioning. There is no shower in the bathroom. As soon as I got out of the bath, I felt all wet, so I had no choice but to wash it with hot water in the bathtub. The chairs were also moldy. Even though it was the middle of winter, there were dead insects on the windowsill. The towels seemed to have been washed in the washing machine and dryer in the women's changing room rather than being cleaned, so they smelled bad. The bathroom was very filthy with lots of dust. There are vending machines, but they are almost sold out. There was a hot water bottle in the room, but there was only a kettle in the hallway. My three family members couldn't sleep since dawn because my eyes were so itchy and my nose was runny, probably because of the house dust. Breakfast included lukewarm miso soup, rice that smelled like it had been kept warm for a long time, cold shumai, locust tsukudani, and cold ready-made tamagoyaki. I didn't feel like eating. The only good thing is that there is WiFi. Even though I pay a reasonable price, I will never go again with this service.

Although it is an old-fashioned inn from the Showa era, the host's speaking skills and service were very good, and the food was delicious. I want to go again.
