Stayed here for one night because I had a bad connection from an international flight to a domestic flight.As someone who has been exposed to the depreciation of the yen in the United States, I was happy to find a hotel with such good value for money.Although it is old, it is full of feeling.Breakfast is worth mentioning! !Although I was concerned about the shuttle bus time, I went back and picked up the food over and over again and was very satisfied.The ochazuke was especially delicious.I was starving for Japanese food, and the dashi soup soaked into my body (lol)However, as I read in other people's reviews, I thought it would be difficult in midsummer because the entire building is air-conditioned.We were there in mid-September, so it was okay.

Had to stay overnight due to flight delay. Meals was okay not great. Room have musty smell and aircon was not cold even on max. Staffs were very friendly at the reception but not in the restaurant.

Surprisingly cheap considering the grade. But since the rooms are a business hotel, are they worth the price? and. Since I was staying without meals, I didn't know about restaurants or other facilities, but the 24-hour convenience store was really useful. However, JAL's mark makes me excited (lol)

1. Provide free shuttle bus to Aeon shopping mall. The last bus is at 21:552. The sound insulation of the room is quite transparent.3. The 24-hour Lawson supermarket provides convenience without too many choices.4. The all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant on the second floor costs 3,000 yen per person. I will not try it again next time.5. Overall, the older staff in this hotel, especially those who help push luggage, are very enthusiastic and alert, which is the only service advantage of this hotel.6. The products sold in the product store are the only place where you can see high-end elements.7. The swimming pool is only open in July and August. The weather is still 25 degrees in the morning in October. It is a pity that such a good facility is open for such a short time.8. I hope Narita JAL can cooperate with the car rental company and provide passengers with a service to pick up the car directly at the hotel.9. The bus return time is not on time. The 16:15 train is five minutes late. Arrived at 16:21.Overall, it is recommended to stay directly in a hotel in the city for convenience of shopping and seeing new things.Hotel Nikko Narita is in serious need of updating. Cracked bathtub and cheap bath products, I really won't consider staying here next time.

Nice clean hotel with impeccable service from reception to the cosy lounge and the 24h Lawry’s there. One example: staff saw us entering the same lift to level 11 lounge, and set the lift to our floor first before they continue to other floors.We had a nice cosy drink at night in the lounge.

It is located near the airport and is a ten-minute drive away. There is a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. The room is spacious and cost-effective. The breakfast also has a variety of food options.On the return trip, I stayed in a fairly spacious room, but the price was affordable and it had a great view.

Just a few minutes by free hotel shuttle bus from the Airport. The hotel is ideal if you are arriving late at night afterwards long flight and don't fancy a trip across busy Tojyo to your destination. The room was spacious with a giant comfortable bed so we had an excellent night's sleep. In the morning the breakfast was outstanding 👌 the chef and staff are to be commended on food and service Well done!! In the morning another free shuttle to the airport to transition Tokyo by train/ tube. A terrific start to our Japanese adventure 😊.

The accommodation fee is too low for the hotel's services!I think they should raise the price even more!There are many shuttle buses in operation, the food is delicious, and all the staff are very polite.If you were overseas, you would probably be able to pay for a service you would get at a five-star hotel. The room was very quiet, and the bed, toilet, and bath in the guest room were perfect.

Stayed one night in early September before heading to Atami. Booked breakfast package directly from hotel website. Final cost was less than $40 per person. Nikko Narita is about 10 minutes shuttle ride from Narita airport. Clean and comfortable environment. Shower has strong water pressure. Attentive staff from shuttle driver to hotel staff. Excellent dining experience. Highly recommend this hotel. Will stay here again if visiting Tokyo area.

There is a Limousine bus to the airport every 30 minutes. From 6am to 10am, departures are at 20 and 50 minutes.I checked in late at night, but the front desk was kind and courteous, and they took my suitcase to my room. I'm glad there's a convenience store open 24 hours. It was interesting to see so many foreign customers buying cup ramen in the middle of the night.The hot water in the bath is wonderful and luxurious. I think this is a hotel worthy of being the gateway to Japan.The breakfast venue is bright and open. I was happy to eat Japanese food right after I returned home, but it wasn't super delicious, and the quality of the food, including the curry, was much better at the JAL lounge at the airport. I have to do my best here. Live Kitchen's omelettes are too focused on appearance, have a small variety of ingredients, and lack taste. You don't have to make it into a neat cone shape, so I want you to make a delicious omelet with lots of ingredients.The welcome drink can be used in one of the four lounges, and I drank draft beer in the lounge next to the front desk.
