It is a few minutes away from the nearby station, close to Life supermarket and FamilyMart convenience store. The hotel is clean. The distance between the twin beds is too small to walk. The air conditioner is very cold, but the air outlet angle cannot be adjusted. The hand soap is very difficult to wash. It is recommended to change to other brands. The overall accommodation quality is satisfactory.

It's enough if you just stay near the Metro station, we stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast for 2 people was 1,300 yen, which was just salad, miso soup, gomoku beans, and sausage and boiled eggs.I was disappointed with the meal.There was not enough tickets for 2 people, and it was a mistake on the hotel's part that the guests had to apply.I was disappointed by the staff who asked me to tell them at the front desk.

Even though I booked one room for two people, the towels and slippers were only provided for one person, and the situation was the same in both of the rooms I booked. When I entered one of my rooms, the smell was very strong. If you read other people's reviews, you wouldn't expect much from the breakfast either.

It’s a nice new hotel that’s in a quiet residential area. The room was very spacious and clean.The train stations nearby are about 5-7 minute walk. If you want to check out dotonbori/shinsaibashi, you can walk for about 20 minutes.You can also take the train too. There’s a Family Mart nearby which was convenient for late dinners and snacks.Overall, it’s a decent hotel at an affordable price!

Very good hotel for the money. Twin room layout made sense and we never lacked for anything during our 5 day stay. The only minus point is the breakfast which underdelivers for the cost. If you're staying 1-2 days it's fine, but for longer stays you'd want more variety and/or daily change. See other people's complaints for photos. The laundry on the 4th floor was very convenient. 400 yen for 30min wash, 100yen for 30 min dryer. If they decide to fix the breakfast situation, I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka, considering the affordable price, good staff and perfect rooms.

As other people's reviews have said, most of the inconveniences are commensurate with the location, such as having only a shower room, the room being filled with beds, no tissues, and the walls being thin so you can hear voices from the hallway. We recommend staying with this understanding in mind.However, I was not satisfied with the breakfast and staff service.(breakfast)I originally planned to stay without meals, but I added breakfast for 1,300 yen at check-in. However, when I went there, I was disappointed since the morning as it was just like the photo. There are only 4 side dishes, which may seem like a joke, but the only breakfast I have is the one shown in the photo (plus rice and soup).I regretted that I should have included breakfast after reading everyone's reviews, and at this price I felt depressed since I thought I should have eaten breakfast outside the hotel.(Staff service)It takes a lot of time to check in. It took a lot of time and the procedure was done in someone else's room, which is so clumsy. I was on a cheap plan for staying overnight without meals, so I wouldn't have pointed it out if it had been malicious, but I can't hide my surprise at how calmly he was about such a fatal mistake. I don't understand why someone would mistake someone for someone who doesn't have the same surname even though I told them their name orally at the beginning.The good thing was that the room was clean.

stay for 2 nightsSince the price was low, I can accept most of the things.It was very nice that there was a separate toilet and shower booth rather than a unit bath.There was no bathtub, but the shower had plenty of water and was comfortable.The room was small but comfortableI ordered breakfast included, but it wasn't very good.I was looking forward to the local menu at the hotel's breakfast, but it didn't taste like Osaka.The side dishes are also lonelyThere are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, so I should have bought them there.There were no tissues in the room

Although the price-performance ratio is high, I suspect that the sheets have not been changed. There are many black spots and hair. The counter is only open at 11 o'clock, so there is no one there. In addition, they will urge you to check in before 11 o'clock, otherwise the room will be canceled without refund.

Location is good. Lots of eateries and convenience stores along the street. It's also a short walk to either Nagahoribashi Station or Sakaisuji-Hommachi Station, which connects to major tourist attractions.We booked the triple room for 3 persons. The room size is bigger than what is shown on the website. We could open our 3 huge luggages and still have space for more. Rooms are also clean and new. There is a cafe and water station on 2F.Service is good and staff speaks English, however they are only available from 7am-11pm. The place is unmanned after those hours.Our room had a blackout one night while I was using the hairdryer, not sure what was the cause. Thankfully it was just 3 minutes before 11pm and we were able to get hold of reception before they clocked out for the day. They fixed it with 10 minutes. Thank you to the young man for being so professional.There are free amenities available on the 1F.

This hotel was great. A very convenient location (only 15’ walking from Dotonburi). Rooms were quite big & spacious. The ‘big bed’ was very comfortable (the smaller one was very hard, but we finally slept both in the bigger one so it was not a problem). The service was amazing. They even called a restaurant for us since we don’t speak Japanese and changed a reservation. Great quality price! Doesn’t get better than this! Make sure to book this hotel! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean, and the reception staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. We appreciated the complimentary amenities available for use, including a hairbrush, tea, and coffee. However, it's worth noting that the room does not include a microwave. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

There is no soundproofing in the hallways or rooms. It's really annoying to be woken up every morning by other customers and kids running around in the hallways. If the soundproofing is so bad, why aren't there signs posted in the hallways?

Apply through Agoda. When filling out the accommodation book, everything is different except for the name. Whose address is Bangkok? Whose phone number is it?This has never happened at other hotels, so it's a mistake on the part of the hostel.I looked at photos on all kinds of travel sites to choose a place to stay, but the photos looked too good.I stayed in a twin room, but when I opened the door, I could barely get onto the bed. The room was so full of beds that it was hard to even find a place to take off your shoes.The breakfast looked too photogenic but was actually terrible. The tamagoyaki has a fluffy texture, like paste. It also tastes bad. The only fish I use is shishamo.There were only foreign guests.Perhaps that's why the bed is so high that they want to use it as space for suitcases. However, there is no space to open your suitcase, so how do you stay there? The room is surprisingly small.
