This is my second stay here. The first time I used it was with my mother. My mother passed away, so this time I stayed alone for two nights, just like last time. The staff at the front desk were very nice, the staff at the restaurant were very nice, and the food was satisfying. The room had a semi-double bed so I could have a good rest. It was a great trip for 2 nights and 3 days. There is also a large public bath, so I think it's great for those who want to take a relaxing soak in the hot water.I go to Ueda once a year, so I'll be looking forward to your help again.

The first parking lot is behind the hotel, and the second parking lot is diagonally across from the hotel, but there are only a few parking spaces, so I was unable to park my car even though I was staying overnight.A municipal office a little far away? It's affiliated with a parking lot, so you can park there, but it's about 500m away (you can get route-in coins if you park there, but it's not worth it)Breakfast is not much different from a regular route inn.I would like something to be done about guests not being able to park in the hotel parking lot.

I stayed at an affiliated restaurant and only had breakfast there. Breakfast for hotel guests is 1,500 yen and is served buffet style. I'm satisfied with the Shinshu-style dishes such as Nozawana oyaki.

I am impressed and grateful for the thoughtfulness of the staff.I arrived at the hotel on the wrong date and couldn't stay because the room was full, but I checked with a related hotel nearby and made arrangements, and I was able to stay at this hotel.Thank you for your kind response even though it was in a hurry. However, it was a smoking room so there was a smell of cigarettes.I am grateful that I was able to deodorize with the Febreze provided and was able to stay comfortably for the time being.Thank you very much.

The grade is higher than the route inn, so the breakfast is better. The eco-stay method has changed since August. You have to hand over the towels and amenities you need from the doorknob to the front desk, and unlike other hotels, there is no automatic check-in machine. When the front desk is busy with check-ins, it takes time to receive towels, so it would be better to have an amenity bar with toothbrushes and other items so you can get them freely. These days, there are many new hotels opening or expanding, but unlike APA or Toyoko Inn, there are no special benefits programs even if you repeat a stay, so I don't think I'll actively use them! Ueda has a large public bath and sauna, so I use it.The staff are all good. Also, the free breakfast booked directly on the website is included in the accommodation fee, so if you can't use it due to time constraints, you feel like you're missing out. It's on a different level than Toyoko Inn.
