The hotel is old and expensive. The buffet doesn't have a lot of variety, the taste is average and I'm not impressed.Employees' customer service attitude is not goodThe shower in the public bath was mostly water, so I don't know if the boiler was broken or they were raising the fuel bill, but it was terrible. To be honest, it's expensive and I don't want to go there again. It was a hotel that I thought would be much better than a national chain business hotel. It's natural to want to enjoy the hotel on a special trip, so I thought I'd write this down to help those who are considering it in the future.

I stayed there the other day, and there were dead insects (multiple) in the room.hair in the bathroomI'm sorry that it wasn't clean. The rice was delicious!! ️When I went shopping at the store and tried to pay the bill, there was no staff there, so I called out in a loud voice to say sorry, but there was no response, and after about 10 minutes, a male staff member came down the stairs and didn't bother to keep me waiting. It was a male staff member named Miyake. It's impossible for a human being.Afterwards, the food was delicious, but even when I was eating it for a foreign man, I was almost turned away without saying anything, so I'm still eating it!! ️ When I told them that, they left without an apology, and after that, they took down all the tableware except for their own table, but they didn't take down the tableware at all. Is this harassment? There's nothing particularly good about it, and this is the first time I've experienced such poor customer service at a hotel.

4 adults and 2 children stayed in a 2 bed + futon Japanese style room. My one-year-old child and I were both bitten by ticks in several places as we slept on the futon. I'm glad the food was delicious, but I was disappointed. I hope you didn't take it home...

Although the price is low, it still feels like a decent hotel. We used a dog friendly room.It seems that the room has been renovated to make it dog-friendly, but I felt sad that they had tried their best to save money on supplies, and I couldn't deny that the room was cheap.I didn't use the bath in the room, but this was the first time I stayed in a room where the toilet and bath were separated by a curtain rather than a door. Also, it seemed like dog friendly was only on the 1st floor, but as soon as I got off the elevator to the 1st floor, the atmosphere was dark...Although it had a view of the courtyard pool, there were many disappointing aspects as it was right next to the entrance to the public bath. The lobby and the back of the building were quite old, and the parking lot was along the river, with unrepaired ground that made you wonder if it would collapse. Also, the places where you eat dinner and breakfast have a nice view, and the dinner may be satisfying for some people, but for me it's pretty average.(There are a lot of posts that say bad things about foreign employees, but I think that can't be helped, and we should hold a grudge against the government that created such a labor shortage.)Many of the Japanese staff didn't really understand the hotel business, or rather were unmotivated, and the only good person was the elderly man (restaurant manager?) at the restaurant on the top floor.I think it is recommended for those who are willing to go for the price.
