I use it every year for mountain climbing in the summer and skiing in the winter. In 2024, the hotel will be under new management and the hotel name will be changed to Hakuba King Hotel. I would like to thank the president and his wife for their support over the years. 🙏The new 2nd generation management team is working hard, so I will continue to use them. Thank you for your continued support. 🙏

The owner and staff were so helpful. Rooms are modest but clean and functional. Location is great! short walk and your on the slopes to the gondola. Close to restaurants and bars. You get complementary breakfast which varies and you can also book for dinner ( hot pot ) was massive and easy for a night in. Traditional and western style rooms.

Although there are many shortcomings, the boss will try his best to help solve it. For example, the WiFi connection in our room cannot be connected. After reporting it to the boss, the boss found out the next day and gave us mobile wifi. Every morning we had breakfast. It's different and suits my taste. The paid dinner the next day, the Japanese hot pot is also very delicious. The boss and staff can speak fluent Chinese, English and Japanese. And most importantly, skiing is very convenient. It's about a walk away. You can reach the ski resort in two or three minutes, and the experience is not bad.

The owner was a gentle and nice person. The toilet does not have a washlet. I had to walk a bit to rent skis.

The location is good, the prices are reasonable, and I have been here several times.I previously booked and stayed at Hakuba Sanroku Tours.I made a reservation for two people, but I couldn't bring my companion at the last minute, so I ended up staying by myself.Cancellation will not work, so I understand that. The smiling host prepared dinner, which was, of course, just for one person.Since we did not inform Tours about the cancellation of one person, the hotel received the fee for two people.Normally, there shouldn't be any disadvantage to the hotel if they provide meals for two people, but I think the hotel should have given some kind of confirmation when they told us that one person wasn't coming. Ta.It's a privately run inn that is loose, so I won't be using it again.
