This is my first time using this hotel. I booked a room only plan, so I don't know anything about breakfast.I think it's very easy to find because it's right in front of the east exit of Nagano Station, but since I was on a business trip by car, I missed it because it was right after turning left at the intersection lolThe inside of the room is generally clean. The only disappointing thing is that the washlet toilet seat is cold because there is no heater. There is a convenience store immediately on the left after exiting the hotel. It's close to the station, so I don't think you'll have any trouble finding food. There is also SEIYU, which is open 24 hours a day, about a 10 minute walk away.Personally, I am a repeat customer.

If you exit Nagano Station's east exit (opposite the Zenkoji exit), you'll see it right in front of you on your left, so you can go without hesitation. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable for a business hotel. The buffet breakfast is also delicious. Accommodation rates are also very reasonable. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed and I was unable to eat dinner.

240925It was my first time using it. It was conveniently located near the station, and the staff at the front desk and room service were courteous and I had a comfortable stay. The view from the room was great, and I could feel that the Olympics were being held here. Breakfast is served at the buffet by Mr. Shimota on the 1st floor, and the staff here was very responsive and I felt comfortable using it from the morning.

The room is small, old, and stinks. I was absolutely shocked that the linen on the bed smelled like sweat before we had even slept on the bed... The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Poor service at the front counter. It was just an overall terrible experience that ruined my stay in Nagano.

Terrible Hotel. I booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room because they had already booked out all the non-smoking rooms... How does that make any sense? They didn't offer me anything to fix the solution, but some air freshener... I've got serious asthma, this will cause my stay in Nagano to be terrible from the start. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

The soundproofing was poor so I couldn't sleep.Unfortunately, the room in front of the elevator tends to be crowded with people, and there are a few customers here and there who are talking loudly, whether they're drunk or excited. It was a bad room, I could hear voices from the next room and there was a rattling sound coming from the ceiling. .There is a possibility that the customer base is not considerate and considerate. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, it cannot be denied that the facilities in the guest rooms are old. There will be no revisit. For now, I think it would be better to demolish the room in front of the elevator and turn it into a linen room. I can't sleep in a place like that. . .

Due to Typhoon No. 10, I was unable to travel from Tokyo to Nagoya, so I had no choice but to take a detour and make arrangements to enter Nagoya via Nagano. However, I ended up getting stuck in Nagano, so I quickly found a hotel in front of Nagano Station. On the day of the event, the room was full and crowded with everyone who was going through the same thing, but they kept smiling and treated me very politely. As someone who was exhausted, I was very grateful. The room was a normal business hotel, but I was happy that the bath was large enough to fully stretch my legs. If I have a chance to come to Nagano next time, I would like to use this place again.

It was close to the station and on the quiet side, so it was comfortable. There's also a convenience store next door, which was helpful when I needed something urgently.
