This has been my favorite inn for about ten years. It doesn't seem to have very good reviews, but I like it very much.We went to other inns in the surrounding area that were more expensive than Yokotani Onsen, but Yokotani Onsen was definitely the place for us! Recommended for people who don't like excessive food or service. As for the guest rooms, the atmosphere changes greatly depending on whether you stay in the new building or the old building. The rooms in the building where the lobby is located are all Japanese-style rooms and are spacious and clean. The building with the large public bath also has Western-style rooms, which seems to have the advantage of being close to the large bath, but there was no elevator...I guess??, so it wasn't very clean. Also, the iron-rich water here is really delicious. My menstrual irregularities and anemia improved every time I stayed here for a few nights.I love the large communal bath and the private open-air bath. As long as you don't bump into foreign or domestic groups (people who don't have good manners), you can relax and not get irritated. It's a pretty good hot spring inn.P.S.: A few years ago, I was looking for a place where I could buy apricots for raw consumption, and I thought I would have to go to Iida, but the woman at the front desk asked the staff about where they were selling them nearby. (The store is Tadeshina Free Farm. There are two locations.) Thank you ♥Also, since we always stayed for consecutive nights, the head chef seemed to take great care of us. I was grateful that there were so many restrictions, and I didn't mind having the same menu every night. The tempura and juwari soba were menu items that I wanted to have every night. It was fun to buy soba noodles at Yurakuan, but since the coronavirus outbreak, I haven't stopped by Yurakuan, so I wonder what's going on. . .I currently live with a rescue cat, so I can only go to accommodations that allow cats. However, I would like to take advantage of that guy😺 and go to Yokoya Onsen Ryokan ☺ I was especially impressed by the man who worked at the front desk at night. Thank you so much! !

This hot spring isReddish-brown, weakly acidic.cold hot springwarm hot springBy taking baths alternately,Metabolism is stimulated,In my case, my stomach and intestines are moving around.Enter for a long time,If you alternate between cold and hot baths several times, it will be so effective that it will feel like hot water.Moderate bathing is recommended.During the daytime on weekdays, there were few customers and the restaurant was almost reserved.Recommended!

Rooms facing the mountain stream are not along the mountain stream across the parking lot.The food was surprisingly disappointing.Even though I contacted them via email, they didn't seem to be getting through, so I had to wait for 10 minutes after I got seated. The open-air bath was nice.
