I used it on a business trip. The store staff's response was polite and good.I'm health conscious and my breakfast is mostly vegetables, but there's a lot of variety so I'm very satisfied.Later... Officially, it starts from 6:45, but at Chino store it starts from 6:20, which was very reasonable for people who are on a business trip and work in the field 🫶😍Even if you are on a business trip and can stay at a hotel with meals included, there is still travel time to get to the site, and the breakfast start time at the hotel is a matter of life and death for those who are traveling for work = from the perspective of the main contractor, so they are very considerate. That's what I thought.Personally, the umeboshi was really delicious😋🍴💕I would like to sell it as a souvenir 🥹🙏In the guest room, the unit bath smells of urine and sweat, so points are deducted 😓There is only one elevator, and many people go to the 12th floor (observation bath), and because the train stops at every station, it takes a long time to get down to the first floor, so I think it would be better if it was a little more flexible and speedy. So I didn't feel like using the bath on the 12th floor (I thought the water would get cold 😅).Near the hotel, within walking distance are Lawson, Aeon (supermarket only), various one-story commercial facilities (including pharmacies), and other places within walking distance such as Gyoza no Osho, Ippudo, and soba restaurants. There are quite a few, so I don't think it will be an inconvenience.Personally, I liked the fact that breakfast started early and the menu was so rich that I could make my own, especially the rice and pickled plums.🥰I came here on a business trip this time, but if I were to come here for sightseeing, I thought I'd use it again for personal use, so if you're thinking about it, I highly recommend it, even though it's a business hotel. Right 😍

I often stay at a beautiful business hotel in Suwa. The only downside is that the water pressure in the shower in the room is unstable, and it gets hot and cold all of a sudden.I would like you to improve it.

This is the worst hotel. When I checked in, even though it was my first time at this hotel, there were no instructions for simple cleaning, and even though I had never used a shower before, when I turned on the faucet to use the bath in my room, I was drenched from the head in the shower. 2 days before check out The air conditioner was broken and there was a loud noise (I was sleeping in the middle of the night).I called the front desk, but the answer was to turn off the air conditioner. When I asked about moving to another room, the answer was that there were no available rooms, so I couldn't talk to them. So I asked for a night manager and they asked me to move to a side room. I told the night manager that the hotel's treatment was too harsh, but the employee was the only one. I will not stay at this hotel next time. I was out of luck.

Overall the facilities are not commensurate with the price.About half price is reasonableIt is fatal that there is only one elevator of this size. The TV information system is broken, and there is no hotel information or tea or coffee service in the room. For this price, I would like you to follow Dormy Inn or Daiwa Roynet.

good points-The building looks cool.・There are quite a few convenience stores and restaurants nearby.・The shampoo cleans well and personally suits me very well. Also, the body soap smells really good. What's that called? I looked at the bottle, but it only said that it was made in Italy. Personally, this is the level I want it to be commercially available (lol).・Motorcycle parking is covered. However, it seems that only about 3 cars can be parked (?).・There is a semi-open-air bath. I think it would feel more liberating if I could remove the wall in front of me, but it would be difficult. Not so good・It can be helped to some extent that the air conditioning is centrally controlled (?), but I would like two comforters, one thick and one thin. When I put it on, it gets hot, and when I take it off, it gets cold, and I've fallen into a vicious cycle.・Ventilation is weak (?). So I wanted to open the window, but since I'm dealing with nature, I can't help it, but there were spider webs outside, and I hate insects, so I couldn't open the window (on the other hand, I had it closed, so another comment was made) I didn't find the expressway to be noisy. You can tell from the map that it's next to an expressway, so if you're sensitive to noise, this is probably the place to go.・Although it looked modern, there were gaps, such as the key not being a card key, and the faucet not using a lever but a twist mechanism. (Maybe it was originally renovated at another hotel?)- Strictly speaking, it's not the hotel's fault, but the magnets on Haier's refrigerators are so strong that when you pull the door, the whole unit slides toward you. I couldn't open it without using both hands.
