I used it for 1 night and 2 days in the summer. There was a receptionist, but I had to use the touch panel to input information. After entering your name, you will be given two room keycards.I had a room on the second floor. My first impression was that it was a little small. There wasn't enough space for small children to have fun, but the bunk beds gave the impression that it was spacious enough for several adults to spend time together. In addition, the room was very clean and comfortable, with a TV, safe, refrigerator, and disposable toothbrush. There is a gas bonfire in the courtyard, and you can freely use the benches. There are quite a few desks and chairs in the lobby, which has the scent of cypress, so it seems like it would be nice to spend time in the lobby instead of in your room. The smoking area is near the stairs, but it's a little hard to find, so it's best to ask the staff. Also, there is free all-you-can-eat popcorn every day. It's the type where you add salt, butter, soy sauce powder, and it's usually delicious.

After actually staying for one night, it's really hard to believe it.Hoshino's youth hostels are actually worse than ordinary youth hotels and business hotels.

It feels more like a student club or youth hostel for young people than a hotel. It might not be suitable for a family trip.My 9-year-old son enjoyed the feeling of being in a secret base.

I recently stayed at BeB5 in Karuizawa, and it was a lovely experience. Nestled in the woods, the hotel offers a serene and picturesque setting that truly allows you to unwind. The staff was warm and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay.My room was ok, clean, with small windows that provided a nice views of the surroundingOne highlight was the outdoor area, perfect for a morning stroll or enjoying the fresh mountain air. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty in certain areas, but this was a minor issue given the hotel's peaceful ambiance.Overall, BeB5 is a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway in Karuizawa. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning!

I used it with my family. The room wasn't very spacious, but it looked like a spacious bunk bed, and the kids seemed to enjoy it.There were various ideas, and there was space to hang clothes and put small items, so I was able to stay there without any problems. However, be careful as it is easy to hit your head on various places lolThe children were addicted to the games that were placed at Shareran Uji and played with them throughout their stay. You can bring your own breakfast, and you can also borrow dishes and cutlery, so I bought them at Sawamura. In the Karuizawa area, you can stay cheaply and eat at Harunire Terrace within walking distance, so I hope to use it again. However, please note that there is a limit to the number of people who can ride the area circulation bus at one time, so if you miss your bus, you may have to wait a long time. Also, we don't have children's pajamas, so you must bring your own!

There is a walking course where you can visit churches and other facilities and get to know them. At night, there was Tombo no Yu nearby. There is a bathing fee. There was a shuttle bus running around the resort, so I took a ride. I really felt that it was Karuizawa, such as Yugakudo and the church. The stone church in particular was a unique church that I had never seen before. The hotel room was a Yagura room that I thought would be fun for the whole family, but the ceiling was so low that it hurt like I hit my head, so I would have preferred a regular room. I thought it would be good for families with children. The space was small. It was very casual, which was nice.Breakfast was not available here, but it was reasonably priced. In addition, pajamas were lent for 200 yen.
