I used it on a weekday in September.Although we arrived a little early, we were able to play with the playground equipment in the basement, so it wasn't long until we were in our room.I was prepared to go after reading everyone's reviews, but most of the time it went smoothly, probably because it was after the summer vacation. The play equipment is fun for children, and there are welcome drinks and alcohol available at night, so it might be good for adults too. (I don't drink alcohol, so I had a cafe latte.)I thought there would be no problem with the play equipment as long as parents were with them, like in a park, but sometimes children are playing alone and the equipment flies around so you have to be careful. However, since it's so wide, I don't think we'll bump into each other that much. The food was so delicious that I couldn't believe it was buffet style food. It might have been the most delicious meal at a buffet-style hotel with children. There is no shortage of plates or food. There are many kinds. The bathroom is also spacious. There is also herbal tea available after bathing.I asked for a Japanese-style room, so it was a bit retro, but I knew that was the case, so it was ok.We would love to use you again.

Came here with several friends. Thanks to all of you, we were able to have a very enjoyable time.I went there without any prior knowledge, but there were many people with children, and the reviews seemed to be mixed, but for those of us who have already raised children, it was a rather heartwarming sight. However, it is not only suitable for families with children, but the restaurant and lounge also have a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. The buffet had an abundance of high-quality vegetables, and I think that's probably why I felt so good the next day.The weather was bad so I couldn't see any stars, but if it had been clear I think we would have seen a beautiful night sky...Someone said the price was 80,000 yen per person, but it was very reasonable even in the middle of a holiday, so maybe I was just lucky. The facility is clean and the hotel is very cost-effective.If I have a chance, I would like to come back and eat some delicious vegetables (the other meals are also delicious!)

All inclusive...?The children's space was spacious and the food was rich in variety, making the children very happy!but! ! !The number of seats in the restaurant seems to be small compared to the number of customers, so when we checked in at 7:00 pm and immediately made a reservation for the restaurant, there was a waiting list of 50 people. I didn't receive a call before the final admission time, so I ate my meal in about 30 minutes in a hurry...I had ordered an additional birthday plate, but I could barely eat it🤣Make a reservation for breakfast about 30 minutes before the time you want to go? However, the waiting time was extremely long, and I was seated after the last admission time, so I was rushed again and couldn't even drink my coffee. . .The opening hours of the lounge were short, and we had to put up and take down the futon ourselves, and considering the price, I felt like it would have been more relaxing to go somewhere else, so I was a little disappointed, but I wanted to go there at least once. I'm glad I went. The elevators are always crowded, so it's a good idea to be prepared to take the stairs. It's close to Risonare, so you can enjoy a day trip to Hoshino on your way back.

We went to celebrate my son's birthday.Since it is a consecutive holiday, the accommodation cost per person is around 80,000 yen. My expectations are high considering the price is quite high. After arriving, you will have to carry your luggage yourself. There's no staff at the door, so I'll just go to the front desk. You will receive an explanation at check-in.It seems like you can go for dinner anytime within the opening hours. However, there may be some waiting time during busy times.Well, it can be found in any hotel! All amenities are self-service.I took only what I needed and went to the guest room.Although the rooms are not luxurious, they are clean and have a nice feel.It was hot, so I tried to turn on the air conditioner, but no matter how many times I pressed the button, it just turned on the air. I had no choice but to open the window.I let my kids play with the playground equipment in the basement. In the spacious space, children of elementary school age are playing with great intensity. To avoid injury, do not look at your child. There are no staff here either, so parents should dash to the front desk in case of an emergency. It's a bit far, but if an adult runs as fast as they can, it will take them less than a minute each way. If you call someone from the front desk and run back, the emergency will be dealt with within two minutes. It's a bit late then lolNow, go back to your room, take a breather, and then head to the bathroom. The entrance to the hot spring and the rest area are stylish and relaxing spaces with indirect lighting. When I took off my clothes with my son in the changing room and was about to take a bath, I realized that I didn't have a towel. Yes, this hotel has a system where you take your towels from your room. Be careful not to forget this. I put on my clothes again, went back to my room to get a towel, and reorganized my room. The hot springs were beautiful and felt good.Next we will head to dinner. It was 6:30pm, so I was prepared for a bit of a wait. When I took the numbered ticket, I was shocked to see 76 groups waiting.? ? ? ! ! !I've seen it about three times, and it's definitely group 76.Feeling hopeless, I timidly asked about the waiting time and was told it would be about an hour.I have no choice but to play with the playground equipment in the basement again. This is a system where you will be contacted via LINE when your turn comes. It was an hour and a half after I received the call.My son is also exhausted from playing. The long-awaited dinner time. You will be taken to the back floor through the reception desk. The seats are unreserved, so I sit in an empty seat for the time being. There were grape skins and tissues lying around my feet, but I was already hungry and didn't care.Children's chairs are self-service and are carried from the back. After eating all the food and feeling full, I realized that I hadn't eaten the famous hamburger. When I exited the automatic door I came in from, I saw another buffet venue in a blind spot from the floor where I was sitting...All the children's dishes that I thought weren't available were on that side. Now that I think about it, I remember looking at you sideways as I entered. It was my fault for forgetting this, but I thought it would be nice if there was a brief explanation before we started eating. That's what I think. Now, go back to your room and take a bath in your room. On the temperature control dial, it is carefully written that if you set it to this line, the temperature will be right. If you follow the instructions and prepare a bath, then try to take a bath...I almost got burned in the hot bath.I panicked and tried to turn the dial to get water out, but it wouldn't.Even if you turn it all the way to the Cold side, it's still as cold as it can be, at around 38 degrees Celsius. Well, this is the right temperature lolYes, the dial is broken.I didn't understand the reason from beginning to end, and instead of relaxing, it became a very tiring day.The next day, I bought some souvenirs before heading home, but the paper bags at the shop cost 200 yen each.I'll never come again.

This time, I used it for my wife's birthday.Thank you for kindly upgrading our room.It was my first time using it, but I was very satisfied! ️welcome drink15:00-18:00 Beer and sours21:00-23:00 Whiskey and spiritsAll the sweets were delicious♪What was especially good was the rice❗️There was a lot of variety and there was a live kitchen, so it was fun (^^)The meat shabu-shabu was delicious with local brand beef. The miso dressing for the salad was also separate ❗️Unfortunately, the weather was not clear so I couldn't see the starry sky from the observation deck, and the souvenir shop was only open at night.Even with that, I was very satisfied.I think small children can have a lot of fun even in the rain.I would definitely like to use it again!! ️

In any case, it is better not to bring small children with you.I lined up for an hour to check in, and at that point it was well past the check-in time that I had told them when I made the reservation, but my room wasn't ready and I had to wait another 30 minutes. When I finally got into my room, the toilet seat was dirty...I forgot to clean it.Even if you make a reservation for both dinner and breakfast, you will have to wait an hour as soon as they start.Anyway, I'm tired of following up on my child to make sure he doesn't throw a tantrum.Other services included in the accommodation plan were also forgotten. My husband made a reservation for his birthday, so I was sorry and had to put up with a lot of things, but I don't want to go there again.

Grand Mercure is also located in other locations,In common, the food is delicious and stylish. You can use the lounge where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat soft drinks, alcohol, and snacks. (Time is set)And there is a children's playground. The playgrounds in Yatsugatake are very fulfilling. As long as you understand that there are many children, I think you will be very satisfied with your stay.
