The taste was normal. There are tables outside at the back of the store where you can enjoy soba noodles while looking out at the Northern Alps.

It was past 10 o'clock when I passed Azumi's Century Ride on my way, and when I saw the sign, it said it opened at 10:30! It was still early to stop at the aid station, so I went around Hakuba one more time, then scurried to the back of the parking lot 10 minutes after the store opened. When I put down my road bike at a cycle rack and opened the front door, the clerk asked me if I could sit on the terrace in the back without having to take off my shoes, and asked if I could have some zaru tororo soba!It was already past 10:30 and I was still at another store. Since I'm planning to eat soba, I'll have a regular portion. The terrace seats are in a good location, and it's great to eat while looking at the mountains still covered in snow! The most important part is the soba noodles, which are just average.

When I tried to order soba and rice bowl with tempura, I was told that none of them were available, so I had no choice but to order regular soba. However, I couldn't help but say that I should tell my family about it before taking them around. When the staff member heard about it, he told the person who appeared to be the store manager, who then came to talk to him directly. However, I was told, ``I'm sorry for the poor customer service from the staff, but I'm busy at the moment and don't have any tempura. If you don't like it, you can go to a different restaurant.'' On the other hand, it may have been difficult because it was crowded, but a customer who just arrived and didn't know anything about it wouldn't know unless it was explained to him. Also, I thought it would be troublesome for the customers if the staff didn't have this or that when ordering. However, I didn't want to ruin my trip, so I said it was fine and went home after eating. The soba was delicious, but I think the manager and other staff should reconsider how they serve customers. Thank you for the meal.

Located along Olympic Road. Hakuba Sanzan was clearly visible from the terrace seats. I visited with my dog, but there are many people who want to sit on the terrace even if they don't have a dog.
