I don't want to write too much bad news, but...It was one night that I felt a great deal of distrust in the way online reservations work. This problem has the same roots as the investment fraud problem that is becoming a hot topic on the internet. This is a typical example of how relying solely on internet information can lead to terrible things. I'm sorry, but considering the price, it was a terrible service that was far from satisfying or proportionate. It's like a restaurant at a construction site or a driver's license training camp from a long time ago. I paid 8,000 yen per person per night for this service, and 16,000 yen for my wife and two. I guess it can't be helped at a time when prices are soaring.Compared to another accommodation with the exact same price where I stayed the next day (only breakfast was charged separately. Sanitary, large public bath, and other services were perfect. Nothing to say), even if I look at it on the conservative side, my evaluation is just below 4000 yen per night. I agree, right?I will list only the facts below.・Meals include breakfast only. I knew this, so I decided it was okay and was free to refill the rice, miso soup, and rice. The main dish was salmon fillet, followed by warm eggs, pickles, and a few small dishes (see photo). There are no places around here where you can eat dinner.・The overall building, facilities, and old structure give the image of a training camp for student club activities.- Sanitary services include face towels, bath towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste only. There are no nightgowns, razors, cups, etc. provided in the room.・There is only an old Showa-style washstand in the room. There are two hot and cold water faucets instead of a mixer faucet. The hot water will stop in the morning. No cup provided. No refrigerator. There was no boiling water in the room and no tea service. No private bathroom/toilet. The old Showa-style tiled shared toilet is equipped with nostalgic prison slippers. There is a clean toilet seat. The women's restroom does not have a toilet seat.-The TV screen in the guest room is the same size as a laptop, making it difficult to watch.・Common medium bath, about 8 tatami tiles in size. The temperature adjustment of the bath water is terrible. Probably close to 50 degrees. I tried to turn on the water from the faucet to lower the water temperature, but the amount of water was so low that there was no way to lower the temperature. In the end, it was too hot to soak in the bathtub and I gave up. There is a shower. Only body soap and conditioner shampoo are available in the men's bath. According to my wife, the women's bath was the same, and not only was it hot, but it was so hot that it burned my feet. No shampoo in the women's bath.・No elevator. I climbed the stairs to my designated guest room on the third floor, carrying my large luggage. There are other reasons, but I don't think management has a concept of "customer satisfaction commensurate with the set price" in the first place. Even though the demand is high depending on the season, I would like you to look at other accommodation facilities and consider the quality of service and price.I will leave the decision to those who are considering using it, but I will never use it again.

I stayed here with my family on February 17th. It felt like a homey, old-fashioned ski inn. It was nice. I didn't know about the food since I was staying without meals, but I wanted to try it. The only downside was the noise from the room next door. I could almost hear the sound of water in the bathroom.I was surprised that the shampoo provided in the after-bath was all-in-one.

The atmosphere is typical of an inn in a snowy country. Last check-in is 23:00There are probably two parking lots and it's fairly spacious, but this year there's a lot of snow and it's mountainous.

The heating is very weak and the room is cold. You want to feel relieved after coming back from outside, but when you come back to your room, it's cold and you can't relax.I feel like I'm not being attentive enough in many areas. It's a shame because the hostess and other female staff were very responsive.
