The front desk staff at the main building are very courteous. The main building may be good, but the annex is Nirenomori.I think it's quite strict. For now, the heating is working and I have a bed. That's how it feels🙈You can enter the large public bath by going to the main building♪

I do wanna say the staff was very helpful and spoke good english and all. The pictures definitely do not match the rooms are old and dirty. Every wall in the room has a hole in it covered by tape. The rooms look like they are directly from the 90's with not updates. The room had bed bugs after getting back home and going to a doctor they said what we thought was a rash was from bed bugs.

Hotel with ski resort + transportation + accommodation packageThe staff were friendly and the food was delicious. However, the facility is so old that I actually don't want to come again next time. The bed was on wheels, but the wheels broke as soon as I sat down on it, and the hangers, indoor slippers, and other facilities provided in the room were all of a level you wouldn't find in a Japanese hotel. The large public bath is also large, but it feels like something is floating in the bath... The bath itself is made of wood, so it looks like the wood blows into the water and leaves residue.Since the room is large, I think it would be great to remodel the entire room.- For an episode, the door key wouldn't open, so I waited in another room for an hour or two... 🥲

The room is dusty, the heating doesn't work well, and above all, the equipment is old and feels like it was forcibly added on, so it's extremely cold. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.If this place is specified on a cheap ski tour, you should avoid it, you will definitely regret it.

The guy at the front desk was the worst. There is a shuttle bus to go to the ski resort, but the guy at the front desk couldn't tell me where the bus stop was, so I couldn't go to the ski resort. When I asked him what he meant, he replied that he didn't know the location of the bus stop. When I contacted the bus operating company, they told me that they discussed the location of the bus stop with the hotel staff. There's no way you don't know. When I mentioned this to the guy at the front desk, he just half-smiled and said he was sorry. I desperately called the bus management company, but the bus driver got really angry and told me not to use the bus instead of a taxi. I was supposed to go there to take a break from work, but it turned out to be more stressful than work lol. Also, the room is cold. I slept with my coat on. The main building, where the baths and restaurants are located, is far away, so you have to walk in the cold every time.Did reading this make you want to go? lol
