Josh Guest House was conveniently located about half way between Lovina and Singaraja. Quite a few places to eat within walking distance as well, The room was clean and tidy and the staff helpful and courteous. For a budget stay it is definitely one of the better ones we have visited.It was quiet and well off the main roads

Firstly, the AC is not cold, the temperature is 16 degrees. After using all the settings on the AC, it still takes a very long time to cool down. the door is very hard and difficult to lockBoth breakfasts never match. While staying, I asked for yellow rice but came with white rice!! then on the second day the request for food at half past 7 came at 8. This is really bad I swear!!At least if the room isn't in order, the customer's order will be heard, you know.

Each room is in good repair, spacious showers, and the area is very quiet. This is the best option for housing in Lovina. I've come here 2 times already and will definitely come back. Thank you!

According to the price, it's a budget hotel. The swimming pool is a bit dirty... it's quite close to the main road but it's close to the beach, just walk. The room was quite comfortable, but because our room was located at the front it was noisy, all activity outside could be heard clearly. The bathroom is a bit lacking in cleanliness. Overall, not bad for a budget hotel.

The impression of staying here was actually good, we only stayed here for 1 night because there was an event, checked in at night because at that time we had to buy food first, so it was 12 o'clock then we went to bed. There is a parking space for cars, but if it is full it will be attached to the car in front of the parking lot. When I was already fast asleep, there was a staff member banging while asking, who owns this car's license plate, please move it, I felt really tired just arriving, and just went to sleep and was banged at 4 in the morning, ๐ง over all good, but that's what made us uncomfortableMessage: in the future, note down the vehicle number plate so you don't knock on the doors one by one of the guests who are staying, you know ๐โโ๏ธ

A pretty good home stay in Buleleng. Close to Penimbangan beach. The location is a bit inland but can still be reached by car. Car parking is separate from the hotel but safe. 24 hour stanbay guard. They are very helpful, the price per night is 200 thousand. The room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is spacious, but the placement of the toilet and sink is not quite right. TV and wifi are smooth. There is no place to dry clothes. There is no coffee, tea and water heater in the room. There is a small swimming pool for soaking. There is a mini kitchen that can be used together. Unfortunately, when we got there in front of the hotel entrance there was a pool of water. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

We went to visit, downstairs in front of everyone and upstairs all the rooms, a smell of mold so we didn't take anything because you have to sleep in a place that stinks of musty!

Cleanliness is very poor, there is lizard droppings in the corner of the bathroom mirror, in the corner of the room... and what's worse is that the bed sheets are not immediately changed after the visitor checks out, only the towels are changed, the bed sheets are only tidied up (the bolster pillow smells of someone's sweat)The AC is not cold because it might only use 1/2PK for a large room,The refrigerator is also dirtyThe shampoo soap ran out and wasn't refilled๐

I was a bit unlucky yesterday to get a room with a leaking air conditioner, but that's okay because I just happened to sleep last night. The rest of them are all friendly except if you smoke, don't smoke when there are small children, it's not good to be seen by guests๐

Thank you, I like this place.Located in the middle of a residential area, about 900 meters from Penimbangan beach, the exterior looks like a boarding house, but the room is quite spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the typical friendliness of Balinese staff. For breakfast, the guest house doesn't cook in their own kitchen but buys packed rice from outside. During peak season stays, some guests bring children, making the atmosphere quite noisy, especially when kids swim in the small pool on the first floor. As a suggestion, choose a room on the second floor for a relatively quieter experience. Also, please be cautious with the tap water in the sink and shower as it can be quite hot.

A comfortable and quiet place to stay for a holiday or business trip, one of which is located in the Singaraja area
