The employees at all Regina Resorts are very responsive, and I think it's a hotel where both dogs and their owners can spend a comfortable time.I've only used Mikage Yosui once, but I could see it from the terrace of my room on the second floor, and I thought it would be great for spring and summer. The path along the Mikage Channel was quiet and easy to walk on with my dog, and the sound of the water was soothing. It was interesting that there was a window in the bathroom so I could see my dog inside from the bath.

I was interested in this inn as it allows you to bring your pet. ||Unfortunately, it was raining that day, but we were treated with great kindness and courtesy from the moment we met at the entrance. …

It was my favorite hotel.Be healed by the kindness and smiles of the staffI stayed at this hotel again because the food was delicious. However, when I visited last year, during the interaction with the winery at the restaurant, I was made to feel as if I were a customer who seemed to know everything, which made me feel uncomfortable. And on the second night, I wondered if the butt of the female staff member who was standing in front of my dog at the restaurant (about 1 meter away) caught my attention? All the female staff members simply ignored us, just sniffing the smell. I think she was interested because she was a young woman, but the other person was a dog.It doesn't make any sense!! ️Dogs are very curious and will sniff everything. That is also a habit. I don't think staff who don't know this are suitable for Regina Resort Hotel.I think the staff level is low when they ignore the customers even though they're just having fun. Some of these staffI recommend that you start your education again.

We stayed in the Garden Deluxe room. The room was larger than I expected and comfortable. Also, I liked that there was a dog run in the room, and from there you could go directly to the road along the irrigation canal, so you could take a walk. However, there were three disappointing points. The first thing is that the room is dark. It was dark even with all the lights on.The second point was that the hotel restaurant was not available. It can be difficult to find a restaurant outside the hotel that allows you to bring your dog. Please reserve seats for guests staying overnight. The third point was that I could not use the room service fromage barrier. The homepage said, "From 15:00 to 22:00. We are looking forward to your orders on the same day extension." (There was no mention of last order), so I contacted them around 21:40, but " The last order is until 9pm, so we cannot accept your order.'' If that's the case, I would like it to be listed as such on the homepage. Also, I wish they would have provided this information when checking in.As long as you are aware of the above three points before using this hotel, I feel that it is a good hotel for people with dogs.
