I used it the night before to attend an event.The rooms were clean and spacious and I felt at ease.I'm a little concerned about the smell.What bothered me was that there was no longer an extension line and I had to go to the front desk every time. I couldn't go after the bath because I was in my pajamas, and even though I wanted to ask for a drink, I gave up.I thought I would like an extension. I thought it was because there was no manpower.The price is cheap, but even in business hotels in Tokyo, if you ask for an extension service, they will bring it to you, so I'm sorry, but the staff were nice, but I only gave it 3 stars for the service.

I used it with my two large dogs.The rooms were clean and had amenities for humans and dogs.However, I was a little disappointed that the flooring on the first floor was too slippery for my elderly dog's feet, so he had to wear shoes.

I'm a repeat customer. I have multiple dogs, so there's no limit on the number of dogs, which is the best thing about it 💕 They were very chewy, and the dinner I ate in my room was really delicious ☺️The dog meal also looked delicious 😋There is also a dog run, so the dogs can go for a run as soon as they arrive, and also in the morning after a walk.I think it was the best👍

I stayed for one night with my two dogs.It's a two-story building, and you can park your car in front of it.There are many places where you are asked to put your dog in a cage, but it was fine here, so the dogs were able to spend their time freely.There was also a simple cage, so I think it's a good idea if you want to put it inside.The second floor was a bed room and a tatami room.We always sleep separately, so the dogs lived on the first floor.However, I was feeling restless, and there was a sofa bed, so my husband slept there and co-sleeped with me.It seems like dogs can come into the bedroom too, so I think it would be a good idea to sleep with them all the time.Overall, it was a dog-friendly place to stay.It was very comfortablethank you

I stayed with my pet. The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious, so we had a great time.The hotel's excellent location provides easy access to tourist attractions such as Mt. Iwatake.If I have a chance, I will visit again.

It feels like home, and the stairs are carpeted, making it dog-friendly.There was also a restaurant for dinner, with discounts available for guests.I also appreciate the cheerful and courteous customer service from the store staff.There is pizza for dogs, and my child enjoyed eating it too.

It was my first time staying there for several nights, and the staff was very helpful, the food was delicious, the room was clean, and they took my pets into consideration, even putting them up on the bed on the stairs.There is also a refrigerator, microwave, and IH, so you can cook simple meals.There are convenience stores and hot springs nearby, so I had a comfortable stay.
