Great apartments to spend your time in Hakuba! We stayed here on our motorcycle tour and had a blast, the owners are super nice hosts! The apartments have everything you need and are super comfortable with modern amenities - not to mention the great view! It is super centrally located and everything downtown (ships, restaurants) is within easy walking distance.

An absolutely amazing place! We stayed here two days and had nothing but perfection. The apartment was spacious and the facilities were modern and immaculate. The owner was super helpful and accommodating as well. And the view!!! All this combined with the central location makes it the perfect place to stay when visiting Hakuba.

Location! Location! Location! View! View! View! A truly lucky find for our green season visit to Hakuba. An easy and quick walk to and from the Hakuba Station. Easy and short walk to Patagonia and NorthFace. Restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops to please all ages. A great apartment for our family of five. Spacious bedrooms and an open kitchen and living room setting with a picture perfect window view. Our hosts were responsive, insightful, and pleasant to work with.

Where to start...? First off this review is 6 months late. We travelled to Hakuba end of Jan 2024, family of 4, kids aged 8 and 6. At every step of the way Pete and Shiho were incredibly helpful, informative and knowledgeable. Being our first overseas holiday with children, we were nervous but Pete's help with information really smoothed the journey.Whilst Pete was amazing, it should be said that the apartment itself was incredible. The apartment we stayed in (D from memory) had a beautiful view of the mountains. The amenities were modern, and spacious, giving us room to spread out as a family. The heated flooring was an added bonus. Additionally the property is well located, walking distance to Hakuba train station, home to some of the best coffee we had. Whilst not walking distance to the slopes, the Hakuba train station has numerous bus stops, making access easy. There is also a great traditional onsen that is only a moderate work from the apartment.There is local supermarket around the corner as well as a number of restaurants, enabling you to either self cater in the well equipped kitchen or dine out.I highly recommend booking through Hakuba Downtown Apartments direct!

An outstanding place to stay, plenty of room, modern appliances, great view, away from the hustle, everything you need is within walking distance, and the host can’t help bending over backwards to make your stay a pleasure, I’ll be back next year pete

Outstanding Host, Pete makes you feel welcome and the apartments are spectacular, clean, modern. We did not want leave. It was nice to be close to town and an easy shuttle ride to the mountains. Thanks Pete from Adrian and Michelle
