I stayed there for my husband's birthday and to take photos of the autumn leaves. The host was so kind and had a very gentle smile, and I was impressed by the hospitality. We had delicious food, a hot spring that made our skin smooth, the room was simple and I slept well, and there was even spring water from Shiga Kogen in the room (!) The towels and loungewear were organic and had a nice texture, and everything was to my liking. It was comfortable. It's rare for me to have a relaxing stay as I'm usually busy with photoshoots, but thanks to Hifumi's soothing atmosphere, I'm glad that my husband was able to relax and enjoy his birthday to the fullest.Thank you everyone for celebrating with us!Also, thank you for the delicious Japanese sake recommendations. It was the first time in my life that I was able to drink two cups of choko! I think I'll try to take on challenges little by little from now on without being too shy. Also, I will definitely make a reservation when I go to Hakuba.

Everything about this inn is kind.Your smile is kind to your heart.Food is good for your body. The in-house wear is gentle on your skin. The hot springs are of high quality and you won't stop sweating. It is also eco-friendly as it does not use plastic toiletries.I was able to sleep comfortably on the futon. The homemade banana cake is also very delicious.I stayed until 10am, the last minute to check out.The location is about halfway between Hakuba Station and Happo-one.Hakuba Ohashi Bridge is a 10-minute walk away, so we recommend getting up a little early in the morning, taking a walk, warming your cold body in the hot springs, and then having breakfast. Thanks to all of you, I was able to have the best birthday ever.thank you.

We came to Hakuba September 2024 . Wonderfully maintained Japanese hotel with breakfast and onsen . The family Onsen maybe reserved for one hour per day . We had the Japanese Tatami room . Being from the USA , it does take some adjustment to sleeping on a futon .The Japanese breakfast is delicious. This hotel is situated close to stores and restaurants. We were here for 3 days ,2 nights. We Hiked the Happo one pond — gondola ride and 2 chairlifts before hiking to the pond. I would say it was a moderate hike 3 hours round trip . We also went to the Iwatake Snow field . This area is known for mountain biking and there is a place to rent and take lessons. The kids had a lot of activities to keep busy — slack lining , swing over the edge , horseback riding , mountain biking and a trampoline .

This is my first time using it.The room was [Japanese], and I especially liked the indoor bath and hot water in the room.It was also nice to be able to adjust the temperature because the water comes out.I've been here many times! !The room was clean and there were no insects even though it was summer, which was good. But what I liked most about this inn wasThis is a meal prepared by the landlady. The ``seasoning'' and ``menu contents'' were completely different from other hotels and inns. It's really delicious. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again.I will be repeating it in October.Thank you again.

[If you want to stay at a relaxing hot spring inn in Hakuba, this is the place for you] This was my second stay here and I stayed for 2 nights! It's a beautiful and stylish inn. After all, soaking in a natural hot spring in your room is truly the best ♨️ You can take your time without worrying about the time, and your skin will be smooth and smooth! The bathtub is big enough for two people to fit comfortably! Highly recommended for couples to stay ❤️Both the Japanese and Western breakfast options are delicious, which is a problem, so I recommend staying at least two nights and enjoying both. All the staff were kind and made my stay very comfortable.I'll come back later!thank you very much! !

This is the second time I stayed there before the coronavirus.I stayed in a similar room last time. The room bath is the bestThe water is lukewarm and you can stay in it for a long time. The hot springs are also slimy and highly alkaline. The room is large and very comfortable. Also, check-in at this inn is at 2pm, so you can stay for a long time. It's 4 stars, but it's actually about 4.5 rather than 5.What is missing by 0.5 is food.I wasn't impressed with the food last time either. This time too, my impression is weak. It's not bad or anything. But it's not a memorable dish.I think it would be good if there was something main or distinctive. The restaurant venue remains the same. It's neither Japanese nor Western-style.Even compared to the preparation of the room for this meal,Maybe it's because I don't feel any commitment. But that doesn't mean it's badIt just doesn't leave an impression on meThe room and hot spring were wonderful, so I felt it was a bit of a waste. If this is a good meal, I think you will be satisfied even if the unit price is more than 20,000 yen per person.

Everything was stylish and well-cleaned down to the smallest detail, which made me feel really comfortable. The open-air bath attached to the room (4th image) was also very clean and I was very satisfied. The hot water has a slight smell, but it's nothing to worry about. The water was smooth. The food was also very delicious. However, the shared bath (5th image) is too small and it would be quite awkward if you shared it with other people lol.One problem is that the wifi is too weak...Even in the room, only the bed can fit in, and if you move a little, it won't connect at all. I didn't... Too bad.
