We stayed with two families with elementary and junior high school students, and it was a comfortable space where both children and parents could enjoy and relax. In particular, the living and dining areas were spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable.I had a comfortable stay thanks to the plumbing and especially the high-grade toilet facilities. Each room had a full toilet and washroom facilities, so even though we were staying as two families, we didn't have to worry about each other unnecessarily. There are two baths, so even a large number of people could use it smoothly. I saw a comment that the bathroom was cold, but they installed an electric hot air device so it wasn't cold. The futon was queen's size, so I was able to sleep comfortably. The day after the snow, they also cleared the parking lot space.I understand that it would be difficult to clean in such a large space, but the previous guest had left things in the refrigerator, and although I was grateful for the seasonings and other items I was able to use, some items, such as milk, were still past their expiration dates. I also thought it would be better to get rid of things that are easily damaged.Unfortunately, there were no wine glasses. Also, I understand that 4WD is recommended. I have several years of experience living in a snowy country and go skiing several times a year, so I am relatively used to snowy roads, but I think the access road can be quite difficult depending on the weather. I think it is desirable to come with sufficient equipment as advised.

Thank you very much for your help the other day. First of all, my biggest concern was whether or not I would be able to arrive, but I was able to easily resolve that by using the PDF I received in advance and Google Maps. Each room was clean and I would stay again if the quality was good at this price. The bathroom and toilet are also clean and there are no complaints. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap have a citrus scent. Also, we had to change the number of guests several times, but they were dealt with quickly, and I think it was very helpful to be able to keep in close contact with the host. There is heating equipment in the hallway, so the entire facility was warm. The only thing that individuals should remember to do is keep the air dry. I think it would be a good idea to bring paper tableware etc. There is no need to bring additional cooking utensils as we have the necessary amount. Regarding access, it is necessary to pass through a forest road like a private road, so as stated in the PDF, 4WD is definitely required depending on the weather. This is a very disorganized article, but I would like to thank you for your help. We would like to use your hotel again when you come to Hakuba, so we hope to see you again in the future.

It's dirty. I haven't cleaned it properly. It's unsanitary. There was a lot of hair on the rug. 2 or 3 rotations, as shown in the photo.Additionally, the drain in the bathroom was clogged and wouldn't drain. If you clean it normally, you'll know for sure. It's probably a sign that you haven't cleaned it. And even if I contact them, they won't come to see me. Please send me the video. I was really disappointed. How do you feel? There is zero spirit of hospitality.I will never use it again. I think it's better not to use it. I don't even want to remember it.

Not only is the location terrible (you have to climb a very steep hill), but the owner's response is terrible. I don't want to have anything to do with it again.
