The location and building are wonderful, butAll the staff had very nice smiles.There were no toothbrushes and pajamas in the amenities, so I brought my own.

All the staff are cheerful and provide great service.Riverside Cottage is highly recommended for its beautiful views. The cottage is kept clean and you can stay with peace of mind.A rice cooker, microwave and cooking utensils are provided, but seasonings are not provided so we had to bring our own.I've been to Azumino many times, and it seems like this will be my first choice in the future.

It was a very beautiful lodge.The staff are also kind and courteous.The facility as a whole was clean and beautiful, but especially the water area was very clean and I felt safe.The kitchen is also equipped with everything. There was no restriction on the amount of hot water, so I was able to take a leisurely soak in the bath.The floor heating was comfortable and I never felt cold. The rooms were separated and each room had a key.

I was a little worried after reading so many reviews, but the customer service was courteous, the room was very clean, and the plumbing was spotless.I used SEIYU for ingredients and bought bread for breakfast at a nearby bakery.Children who are sensitive to house dust were able to sleep soundly without getting any sinus infections.You made a great decision by choosing a room with an arbor so you don't have to worry about rain! Although it was raining heavily, we were able to have a barbecue! It was a night in early July and the temperature was around 20 degrees Celsius! You can easily enjoy the barbecue stove by renting it (for a fee).There were tableware, knives, colanders, toaster, and dishwashing goods, so I was able to spend my time without any inconvenience.Azumino Chihiro Art Museum, 30 minutes south by car, was wonderful! RecommendedThe next day, we drove 15 minutes from this pension to Ogizawa Station, took an electric bus, and went to Kurobe Dam! It's the best!After walking around the dam for about 2 hours, I moved around for about 35 minutes.I ate Tonegawa soba from Shinshu soba! It was really deliciousThanks to Montreal, I was able to enjoy Azumino, Kurobe Dam, and Hakuba.thank you

It's fun to buy ingredients and seasonings at a nearby supermarket, use the barbecue stove set you rented here, turn on the charcoal, and enjoy grilling your food just the way you like it. The special cottage has a new bath, and the hammock on the wooden deck is refreshing on a sunny day. A fence has been added to hide it from the road, but there are no trees and it feels lonely, but it's more fun than that.

Two families stayed here.There are two bedrooms, so you can have plenty of privacy.Although I don't have much interaction with the store staff, I have a good impression of how efficiently they work.I would like to stay there again if I have a chance!

The facility is clean. There is a river nearby where you can play. All cooking utensils and plates are provided, but there are no seasonings. There is no tea, so you need to prepare.The only inconveniences I felt were that there was no lid for the frying pan, so I couldn't steam-fry, that there was no washing area in the bathroom, so I had to go in like a business hotel, and that I had to use rinse-in shampoo.

The printing was peeling off and all over the place, as if I had been using the container for a long time. It was kind of dirty and I didn't want to use it.2 towels oldThis one has probably been worn out for many years, and is worse than a worn-out sports gym. .Doesn't drink water at all.3 Sewage smellWhen I opened the window in the morning, I could smell sewage from outside. Is there a septic tank nearby? I don't feel very well4 There is no hand sanitizer in the sink.That's impossible in this day and age.Commercial alcohol spray was available. Is this where I should be stingy?5 Dust mites in the bed?I was stabbed in several places. Has the mattress been cleaned or maintained?6 Windows are difficult to closeRotating type. I was surprised to find some windows that wouldn't open!They were friendly and helpful, and the location was good, so I look forward to the next one.

I used it in early August. I chose a cottage with a pavilion along the river. It was nice when we were having a barbecue, but when the barbecue was over and we decided to go out and have some coffee, we turned on the light in the arbor and saw a huge number of feather ants. There was no place for us to gather and have tea outside.When I opened the door, a bug came into the room and I panicked and sprayed myself with bug repellent and made the room dark.I was a little surprised. I'm just passing this along as information.The facility itself was good. We rented a barbecue stove. It was easy because I didn't have to clean up.

It was also possible to rent a barbecue stove set and use the breakfast buffet with a discount at the hotel's hot springs across the river. Since you can cook indoors, you and your family can have fun together.

I've been using it every time I come to Nagano Prefecture for 20 years since I first came here as a child (^^)The smell of wood is very pleasant and the kids love this inn!The manager is also kind and I highly recommend her ♥

A cottage in nature.We stayed with two families, and it was helpful because we had a large room plus two rooms.I'm happy to be able to have a barbecue outside.There is Kashima River nearby and it was cool in the summer.

Log house is good. BBQ outside is also great. And the mountain scenery is the most luxurious of all.
