A hotel that is suitable for watching the sunset and children, the location is strategic, there is a shallow pool suitable for children, the staff is friendly, if you want to watch dolphins you can be picked up in front of the hotel, please add rice to the breakfast menu.

Loved our stay here when visiting Lovina for 2 nights. Room was large and clean with a fridge. The views over the sea for the seating area were lovely especially when the sun was setting. The hotel also helped organise a dolphin watching trip for us, which was amazing.

Arrived and immediately felt comfortable. Not only was the proximity to the sea outstanding, the pool was also clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Cozy bed, kettle, spacious bed, desk and a terrace with a drying rack. It was cleaned every day if necessary, but we could also cancel that. The hotel's restaurant offers some dishes. On the main road nearby, there is an Indomaret for groceries. The staff was always friendly. Gladly again. Thank you ☺️

Accommodation with spacious rooms, beautiful pool, and direct access to the sea! It's the best!However, I would like to request that the curtains in the room be blackout curtains. I wake up at 7 o'clock because it's blinding. The white curtains double the dazzling effect.

Right on the beach, amazing staff when above and beyond. The staff took us snorkeling, and helped the kids catch geckos. Beautiful pool.

I have stayed at this villa for 2 years in a row, the calm and comfortable atmosphere makes us come back to this villa again. The cleanliness of the rooms, swimming pool and surrounding areas are maintained and well maintained. With a location right next to the beach, it is perfect for those who like silence and a comfortable atmosphere.

The service was very bad, we as overnight guests should be served properly, like hotels/villas/lodgings in general, when checking in we were not greeted well, there was a lack of smiles and greetings to the guests staying there😊

I am alarmed at Lucia Sandra's review. Sadly We Checked out yesterday after another wonderful 5 night stay.We have been staying here for maybe 15 years and it is our favourite place to stay.Ani is the most gentle, calm, gracious helpful person I know and nothing is too much trouble.The staff here treat you like family.The food is amazing, the rooms are lovely and sitting there in the restaurant or upstairs in the reading room or by the pool, the view out to sea is just so peaceful.I'm not sure what the glitch was with this woman ( booking on new years is always going to be busy so just pay upfront maybe), but I can tell you that Ani is the most gentle person that I know.Can't wait to stay there again.

It is really not recommended to stay here, I have a story that yesterday I booked a hotel here from 30 December 2023 to 1 January 2024, with pay at the hotel payment, on the day of the morning I confirmed by telephone and was picked up by Mrs. Ani (as and claiming to be the manager of Villa Agung) about my accommodation, and Mrs. Ani already said that it was safe, in the afternoon I called Mrs. Ani again because I was stuck in traffic on the road to inform her of my delay in arriving at this villa, well the problem started when I called Mrs. Ani this afternoon, in an impolite tone. and spoke "I am you" to me as a consumer, Mrs. Ani said that I could only stay one day, the second day had already been sold to someone else, because I didn't transfer first for payment, even though I chose to pay at the hotel, suddenly I I was surprised because when I called Mrs. Ani early in the morning, she didn't inform me about the transfer first, even if she had told me clearly about the transfer at the beginning, I would definitely transfer because this was my New Year's trip with my extended family, but Mrs. Ani said in a tone who was very impolite and shouted at me and belittled me for not being able to pay in advance, even though he himself didn't inform me when I called in the morningFinally, on the second day of my scheduled stay, they sold it againThe point is, don't ever try to stay here, the service is bad, especially Mrs. Ani, who said that as the manager and caretaker of this villa, she really looks down on consumers and visitors, speaks impolitely and rudely, I hope that Mrs. Ani will stop so that this villa can be better, because honestly The villa is nice and clean, but the service is very 0 and super bad, especially the leader, Mrs. Ani

Charged the card twice for the same payment and have not refunded! Our family actually had a great time here and thought the place was quite nice, but when we were double charged on the payment and still have not been refunded... Well our opinion of the place has dropped...

Excellent pancake breakfast. Snorkelling possible a few fathoms from the beach allowing you to see some beautiful fish and starfish. Small downside for the noise from the excavators building the dike and making the water very cloudy.

Clean room with airconditioning, clean overall, friendly and helpful with activities, drivers, scooter,... basic good food, hot water, pool, easy access to the beach. Roof covered loungers, water pressure was a bit low, the bed creaked a bit and they don't know "Vegan" but nothing really negative. I really enjoyed staying here.
