What you would expect from one of the cheapest hotels in Shirahama. There are no staff but the instructions we received when booking were clear and there were no issues. The rooms are tatami and big enough for 4 people (around 9 Jo) the futon were comfy and the pillows were great. The shower room was fine, it wasn't sparkling clean but it never will be in an old hotel with onsen and was the same as many other rural small onsen or sento. Water comes out at around 56 degrees but showers and soaps were fine.Lots of space to relax with family and lots of activities to do in the lobby. Some interesting decoration, the Obama in the front lobby gives me a shock every time still 😅

The quality of the bath water and spring water was very good. It's hot, so first lower the temperature with tap water. It was a very unique inn.The bed is not very comfortableHowever, it is better than the rice cracker futon in the Japanese room and is good for cost performance.

Since it is an unmanned hotel, the check-in method is unique.(1) Make a reservation(2) Register your name, address, phone number, etc. from the URL sent to you.(3)A room number and 4-digit number will be sent to you.(4) When you arrive at the hotel, use the dial locker next to the front desk to match the 4-digit number above and take out the key.If you get used to this check-in method, I think it can be a good budget hotel. Depending on the reservation site, you may not receive the email (2), but you can get it handled by calling. The hotel is unique in that it has many life-sized dolls. Please be prepared for the place to be old and dirty. There is a large public bath with natural hot spring water, but the faucet is rusty and black, and there is mold on the floor? There was a lack of cleaning, as the bottom of the bathtub was black and slimy. The rackets and balls for table tennis are 100 yen, and the balls for billiards are smaller than normal, so I guess it's better than nothing. Please note that even in rooms with multiple people, there is only one cup, bath towels and bath towels but no hand towels or face towels, and although there is WiFi, it is weak and unusable in some rooms. There are convenience stores and supermarkets within walking distance, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so the location isn't bad, but the view is honestly a bit sketchy because it's in an inner bay on the opposite side of Shirarahama Beach. It's an unusual hotel at a low price.

The hot springs provided are dirty. Aoko is crowded inside the wall and floor bathtub. There are a lot of floating objects in the hot water. Not Yunohana. It's dirty. The futons and room are clean. The view is also okay. The bath was the worst ever. The changing room is also terrible.

I stayed here on a Saturday without meals. It was a non-face-to-face check-in, and there was a touch panel right after entering the entrance, and when you entered the check-in number, the key box underneath opened and the key box was opened to take the key to the room.It took a little time, but I was able to check in successfully. I was able to enter.I was a little surprised to see all sorts of life-sized figurines before I entered the entrance, but it's a unique hotel. The room is generally clean and has an air conditioner, refrigerator, and toilet, so there are no particular problems. However, there were no yukata, so I had to bring my own pajamas. There is also a Family Mart 270m away, which is very convenient. There seem to be other restaurants within walking distance, so I don't think you'll have any trouble finding a meal.Best of all, it's cheap!I decided to stay overnight on short notice, so I was most grateful for that.

I was looking for a cheap accommodation in Wakayama and booked here. An old hotel with no elevator and wax figures? There were a lot of suspicious objects like that, and I think children would either be amused or scared (lol). I didn't take any photos because I was afraid something different would appear in the photo.Adults will love the hot springs that flow directly from the source ♨️ Your skin will become smooth and smooth. I made a reservation with the intention of just sleeping, but this hot spring alone made the rating soar 😆
