The owner's response was very good.Thank you for accommodating my last minute reservation and making me feel comfortable.I used it as a pre-fishing ride, but if you check out early in the morning, there is no problem as long as you pay in advance, and I would like to use it again.However, the air conditioner in the room didn't cool down very well, so it felt cooler outside during bedtime, but it got cold at night.I'm giving the room 4 stars because of the air conditioner issue.Other than that I'm mostly satisfied.

I don't want to spend a lot of money on accommodation, so I often stay at reasonable accommodations, but after staying here, I didn't think I would return again.I think it's very attractive and reasonably priced for people who don't care about insects.○Good points・The owner is kind and kind.・Since the room was vacant, I was given a room larger than the one I had booked.・Close to Shirarahama・I was given a map of nearby restaurants.・Barbecue facilities are available for a fee (we did not use them this time)○Bad points・The building looks like an old apartment building that has been renovated, so we were concerned about the sounds of other guests and had to pay attention to our own noises.-Generally not cleaned properly(There is hair or dust, pink slime around the water area, large stains on the bed mat, ants in the room, dead bees, spider webs, etc.)・Equipment is difficult to use(I can't wash my hands in the toilet, the shower head in the sink is broken and water splashes, the stairs are steep in my room on the second floor, there is only one fusuma in the set of three, etc.)・There is no hand soap or face towel in the sink○For reference...In the morning, I opened the window, checked the weather, and when I closed it, something fell and hit my foot, but there was nothing on the floor, which I thought was strange.It turned out to be a reed spider...I wonder if it was originally in the room? I don't know, but I think it's the resident of the room, considering I've encountered spider webs all over the room.To be honest, it was a scary time from the time I encountered the reed spider until I checked out.They move fast, and for some reason they sometimes come close to me, and if I don't keep an eye on them even if I don't want to, I won't know where they are...I'm really glad it wasn't before bed.If it had been before I went to bed, I don't think I would have been able to stay the night.

It's amazing. This time, I wanted to go to Shirahama to see the fireworks there, but since it was the peak season, the hotels around Shirahama were so expensive that the prices would make your eyes pop out, and just when I was about to give up, I found Sanju. I did. The deciding factors were that it was in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Shirarahama Beach, that each room came with a pass and toilet, and that it was reasonably priced. Since you are staying without meals, meals are not included, but there are restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets within walking distance, so it is not inconvenient at all. The rooms are very clean, with two tatami rooms, and you can freely use the microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. This is a great thing to have after swimming at the beach. The view from the room was a view of the parking lot, but since we are always exhausted and only use the room to sleep, we don't really care about the view. In fact, if the price is reasonable, I think it would be the perfect accommodation for our family. Amenities included toothbrushes, pass towels, face towels, and shampoo and body soap in the bath. The air conditioner worked well and of course there was a TV. And above all, I felt safe because I was being supervised by a guy who was easy to talk to. This is an inn that I can recommend. I stayed in a room on the 1st floor. It was spacious, with a washing machine, kitchen, bath, and toilet, and a 2-tatami wooden floor beyond the 6-tatami tatami floor for luggage. It seemed like it had been renovated in the last few years, so everything was clean, including the bathroom. There is a washlet in the bathroom and toilet, and there was no problem with the wifi. It's a good idea to bring your glasses, plates, chopsticks, and slippers because the kitchen floor was cold. There were thin bath towels and face towels. Grandpa is a good person. I thought you were doing your best. The parking lot is up the hill.

I used it for the first time. We have a very kind host. I heard that the room had new tatami mats, so it was clean. The room has been renovated and is very beautiful. The bathroom has also been thoroughly cleaned. There is a washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator, so you can wash your clothes and eat what you bought at the supermarket, which is convenient. There aren't many decorations in the room, so even if you have small children, you won't have to worry about them touching things, so you can rest assured. I think it's a good place to stay for several nights and enjoy the adventure world until night 🌟It's simple, but it's a good inn that makes you feel like you're at home.

The futon is dirty! Previous user's hair? Various stains? Not enough true sleepers? Only 2 tickets in a 4 person room? There's a mysterious pillar in the middle of the room, to be honest, it's a nuisance! ️The sink drain is still clogged, and the area around the building is littered with unnecessary items!! ️ Who is the administrator?
