We were pleasantly surprised by the double room with a Japanese atmosphere: clean, spacious, soothing. The owner is attentive and gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival by showing us the hotel's parking spaces. Excellent value for money! The only downside is that the hotel seems accessible only by car, but it perfectly suited our search for nature and calm.

We decided to go to Wakayama and stayed there together.Overall, I had a peaceful stay without any problems.As this is a reasonably priced hotel, those looking for hotel services may find it lacking.◾️Location・Can only be reached by car. A convenience store is a few minutes away by car.- Parking is free, and there are parking spaces under the building (6-7 spaces, parallel parking for 1-2 light vehicles) and an affiliated parking lot.・It takes about 11 minutes by car to Shirasaki Marine Park Observation Deck.◾️Building・First of all, the front desk is open from 8:00 to 22:00. There is no front desk from 22:00 to 8:00, but you are free to enter and exit the building.・There is no elevator. This goes up and down the stairs.・Maybe it was because the number of guests was calm, but the hallway was quiet, and I didn't particularly notice the voices of people talking in the hallway from inside the room.◾️Room・The room was simple and clean. (There was an air freshener, and the room smelled like the air freshener.)-The bed and bathroom were clean.◾️Others・Breakfast (white bread) was baked by yourself, drinks were made by yourself, and jam was in the refrigerator. The jam comes in strawberry and blueberry flavors.I don't think I come to Wakayama very often, but if I can't find a good place to stay, I might use it again.

Book with Jalan and pay with PayPay.It's quite a distance from the nearest station, so it's quite inconvenient if you don't have a car.Actually, people who don't have a car probably won't make a reservation.I stayed in both Japanese-style and Western-style rooms.In the Japanese-style room, I was able to use the twin room as a single, so it was very relaxing.I don't know if the heater in the toilet seat in both the Japanese and Western rooms is broken, but it's cold, so be careful in the mornings and evenings in winter.There is no elevator, so please be aware of this if you are staying on the 3rd floor.In the morning, bread is provided, so you can toast it yourself.Also, we have coffee and tea, so you can add hot water.There are no convenience stores within walking distance of the hotel, and there is no coin laundry within the hotel, so it is best to do this before checking in.However, the price is cheap, and as long as you just sleep there and have a light breakfast, I don't think it's a problem.

Although the building is old, it is kept well-maintained.What impresses me is the cleanliness of the unit bath.It is difficult to find hotels in other hotels due to its age.The apartment is dirtier.Also, you can get Chinese food delivered, which is helpful since there's nothing around.

Use a twin room. The price was reasonable and the size of the room didn't make me feel suffocated. Smoking is allowed in the room, making it suitable for overnight stays. You can also eat breakfast (bread and coffee) by yourself.
