The accommodation was very clean and the staff was very courteous. All the ingredients for BBQ can be found at the nearby Toretore Market.The dog run is also well maintained, so the dogs were happy to run around.

I used it for the first time for 1 night and 2 days.The staff were always polite and nice. It was very convenient as Toretore Market and Adventure World were nearby *ˊᵕˋ*You can bring your pet with you if you write a consent form, so it is recommended for people who want to bring their pet with them.

My sister's family, my father, and my husband and I stayed here for one night! !It was my first time using it!She was beautiful everywhere she looked! !The staff were very polite and gave detailed explanations!The final send-off was also polite and happy! !We had planned to have a barbecue, but it looked like it was going to rain, so we grilled it indoors on a hot plate and ate it, but when we informed them of this when checking out, they gave us a refund! !My family was surprised that I didn't use it without permission! I thought you were very kind! (^○^)Although I was traveling with children, the bedding was clean and I was able to use it with peace of mind!I was able to relax with my family for the first time in a while (^○^)I would like to use it again!I hope to see you again then (^○^)

Thank you for your help for two days.The front desk has hotel-like customer service, and is kind and courteous.The room was clean and everything was perfect, including the futon, towels, and tableware.The building we rented had a dog park and a lawn, so our two dogs and 3-year-old child enjoyed playing there.I would also like to thank you for your help.

This facility is not in use. I mistakenly drove into the cafe downstairs. It was raining, so a staff member rushed over with an umbrella. When I told him I made a mistake, he politely explained it to me. Then, when I was leaving the car, I saw him come out to the road, guide me, and bow deeply until I could no longer see him in the rearview mirror.I'll say it again. I parked my car in the wrong place! !I'm from Osaka, but I'll definitely visit again! !

We went on our first family trip.Since I have small children, I wanted a place where they wouldn't cause too much trouble, so I ended up at Manpaku Resort.The receptionist was very polite, the inside of the house was clean, and it was a very comfortable stay.Above all, the hot springs made me feel like I was traveling.It's close to tourist spots like Adventure World and Shirarahama Beach, but it's not a noisy place, so it's highly recommended for people with small children.My husband, who had initially wanted to stay at a ryokan, was also very satisfied.I'm looking forward to working with you again next year.There are many different homes, so I'm looking forward to deciding where to go next.

I used it during Golden Week last year, and thank you for always using it. I feel so much better after hearing that! This was my third time using the hotel, and every time it was very clean and the rooms were kept very clean. My children have allergies, so they can't stay in a dusty room, but they had no allergies at all and had a great time! I want to go again in winter!

It was summer vacation, so I stayed there with my dog and two grandchildren.Is it true that it is a rental villa type with a dock run, natural hot springs, and BBQ facilities? When I checked in, it was even more wonderful than I imagined. The room was clean, and the natural hot spring bath had a nice, smooth bath. I was able to have a stress-free time with my dog, as there was a dog run where I could be free indoors. I didn't use the BBQ this time, but since it's on the second floor, I don't think there will be any insects, so I regret not signing up. It's close to my home so I would like to use it again. I want to have a revenge BBQ!

We stayed at Satsuki 2106 with 3 adults and 1 dog. First, when you check in, the staff will greet you with a smile and say, "Welcome back." When I entered the guest room building, the air conditioner was turned on to keep me cool. The room was very clean, the view was great, the open-air bath was comfortable, and the BBQ was very enjoyable. When checking out, I send them off by saying, ``Come on in.'' From beginning to end, I was left impressed. I'm already thinking about which guest room I'll choose next time (lol) Thank you.

I used it for 3 nights and 4 days! Satsuki S2-2's rental accommodation with a view of the ocean was truly wonderful. First of all, when we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the view of the sea that spread out in front of us! The accommodation was extremely clean, meticulously maintained, and comfortable.The rooms are spacious and perfect for families or groups. We also had a fully equipped kitchen so we could enjoy cooking using fresh local ingredients. At night, it was great to be able to relax while listening to the sounds of the ocean.I think this is the perfect accommodation for spending time with your dog. There was also a hot spring exclusively for dogs, which was really nice ♡ Thank you!

The villa we rented was clean and well-maintained, so we had a comfortable stay.We also had a barbecue, but perhaps because the time was not good, a lot of stink bugs came to visit us, so we had to leave midway...(*_*)It would have been nice to have a washing machine, but there was no place to hang clothes...it would have been nice to have an indoor drying rack.I still think it would have been better to have two different types of larger trash cans for sorting.I have some small requests, but basically I was very satisfied.I will use it again.

The cleaning was thorough and I was able to spend a comfortable time!We went with 4 adults, 3 medium-sized dogs, and 1 large dog, and it was spacious.The hot springs were also pleasant.We are talking about going in the winter next time.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights on 6/2.3✨I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, but a Manpaku Resort employee came out right away and made the check-in process smooth, so I was happy.Since we were renting the whole building, I was looking forward to it from the beginning, but the room was much cleaner than I expected and had all the facilities!!The bath was also a hot spring, so my skin became smooth.I was very satisfied and the kids had fun too😊Also, when traveling to Wakayama, there are manyI would like to stay in the room for several nights✨

I have stayed in a rental villa in Shirahama run by a different management company, and the entrance was full of cobwebs, but this time, both the room and the entrance were clean. I also enjoyed the BBQ! ️

The location is great and I love the space so I keep coming back. It has an open feel and is easy to use for both dogs and friends who go with them. I'm glad that the hot springs are so comfortable and that I can take a bath anytime I want.

I stayed here during a family trip during Golden Week.What made everyone the happiest in our house?The care and customer service of the staff working there. They treated each of our guests with great care, and even when they saw us off, they waved loudly until we could no longer see them, so we were able to enjoy our time until the end.I think it is difficult to clean all the rooms, but they were thoroughly cleaned and comfortable.I was traveling as a family of 5 adults, and staying at this hotel was the right choice ^_^I would like to use it again when I go to Wakayama.
