According to the pictures on the Internet, it is really shabby, especially the hot spring, which looks dirty and disgusting. I don’t have high expectations for it.But it was much better than I expected. The house is very similar to the hot spring house in Spirited Away, with a very medieval feel. What surprised me most was that the food was rich and delicious, and the tea in the room was also delicious. You can go to its sister store for the hot spring, which is cleaner

I didn't have high expectations based on the reviews online, but it was better than I expected. The space inside the guesthouse has a retro feel and is perfect for Yunomine. It's run by a couple of old men, so it's also retro. I could see fish swimming in the bath. It's full of the Ghibli atmosphere that you won't find at purchased inns. I wanted to come again.

It's been a while since I went there, but looking at the latest reviews, it doesn't seem like much has changed.Since then, the building itself has been old, and the interior of the rooms have been used and are in disrepair. Do you think this is a taste? Do you think it's just dirty? This is where the evaluation is divided into two. I interpreted it as ``I came to stay in a mountain hut where I can protect myself from the rain and wind,'' so there was no problem at all. However, it doesn't have the romantic feel of a hot spring hotel, so I'm sure the girls won't like it.Hot water is available in the indoor bath, and guests can also use hot water in the main building's gazebo. Azumaya is definitely better in terms of size (and hygiene and atmosphere), but the quality of the hot water in the indoor bath was just as good. However, moss growing on the edges is definitely a downside. It can be removed if you clean it properly, so I'd like them to take care of this. The food came in a container similar to a Shokado bento box, so it may not look like much, but it was quite filling and each piece was carefully made, so it was very delicious. Many of Yunomine Onsen have high accommodation rates overall, so if you take that into consideration, I think the cost performance is good. I don't think it would be a bad place to stay if the cleanliness could be improved.

Coming to Yunomine Onsen, we knew we were coming to a very historical place, Minshuku Adumayaso feels very ancient. From the outside it looks old, from the inside you know it's old and needs some TLC. …

The reviews on the Kumano Travel website are accurate. The facility is very rundown inside and out. There is no evidence of any maintenance in the last five years. The public areas are dirty, threadbare carpets etc.  …

The facilities and food are as the reviews have written. The facilities are on the verge of ruin, the food is perfect, and the hot spring water is the best. One thing to be aware of is that you cannot use credit cards at the price level of 10,000 yen per night. There's no ATM nearby, so it might be a problem, but since 2007 they've only been using cash, and it's amazing that they've been able to do so for so many years.

Ridiculously bad. The building is worn out and dirty. There's dust and spiderwebs everywhere, the bathroom slippers are old, dirty and tiny, the onsen looks like nobody of the hotel has been there in years. If somebody goes to the toilet the whole floor shakes. The light of neighbouring rooms peeps through the walls of the room we stayed in. Kinda looks like a horror hotel. But I'm not sure if that's worth the price. Oh, no, I am. It's not.

Very old and basic. The food is scarce.
