I was told that smoking is allowed in all rooms, which made me hesitant as a non-smoker, but surprisingly the smell didn't bother me, and although the facility was old, the rooms had been renovated, so I had a relatively comfortable stay. The price is also reasonable at 4800 yen.The location is convenient, and it's a satisfying hotel if you're just sleeping alone.

I had a morning stay instead of staying overnight. For 600 yen, it was so delicious and voluminous. I'm sorry that I can't post any photos, but please come and see me.

I haven't been there recently, but five years ago I used to go 60 days a year. There are no extra services, so it's easy to spend time. When I went there, I drove my car in time for the coffee shop's breakfast. I was really taken care of. My mom was kind and my husband was able to accommodate me right away when I told him I was going to stay the night. This is the hotel I would like to stay at if I go again. .

There is a coffee shop on the 1st floor in front of Shingu Station, and the parking lot is free and costs just under 5,000 yen on weekends.I was planning to stay for consecutive nights from Saturday to Monday, but I only stayed on Saturday and canceled on Sunday. The reason was that I was told that all rooms were smoking, but the smell of cigarettes was stronger than I expected. I often stay at hotels and have smoking rooms, but the level of smoking is unbearable. We were given a large room in 301 on the 3rd floor, but I saw Goki go under the bed.I had a bad feeling because there was insecticide under the desk in the room...Also, the man at the front desk was loud and unpleasant.I think the water area has probably been recently renovated. It was very beautiful. For those who don't mind, this is the best cost performance!

It is located in front of Shingu Station, and although the price is cheap, you will be more than satisfied with the price. The coffee shop on the first floor also has a reasonable 600 yen for breakfast.

It is only a 1-minute walk from the station, which is very convenient. There is no lift in the hotel, but there is a convenience store nearby. Because it is right next to the station, there is the dinging sound of the tram rail traffic lights. In addition, the plugs in the room are seriously insufficient.

Arrive in Shingu the day before the event and stay overnight.I stay at a different hotel every time I come, and this time I stayed here. When I searched online, the first thing that struck me was the location and the price.Located inside the rotary in front of Shingu Station. (I'm going by car, so it doesn't really matter)Best of all, even though the hotel is located in such a location, the price is less than 5,000 yen per night. The first thing I thought when I arrived was, ``There really is one in front of the station.''The parking lot is behind the rotary. Although we can't park as many cars as there are rooms, there are some customers who come by train, so we don't have to worry about it being full unless it's very busy.It seems that it was renovated a while ago, and the exterior and interior of the room were in good condition considering its age.It has everything you need, making it a perfect place to stay.Everyone has to eat dinner on their own, but there is no problem finding a place to eat.Breakfast is served in the cafe space on the first floor, and you can have a morning set for an additional fee.You can choose toast or hot sandwich, but here I choose the hot sandwich, which I don't often have the opportunity to eat.Tamagoyaki was made on the spot, and the resulting hot sandwich was enough to fill my stomach.I was worried about the noise because it was right in front of the station, but in reality the noise from trains and cars was barely noticeable. However, the room I stayed in was next to the chimney extending from the boiler room, so there was occasional noise, but I put earplugs in when I went to sleep, so I slept soundly until morning.Located in front of the station, parking available, no meals but less than 5,000 yen. It was a hotel with incredible specs. Now that I know about this place, it has become my first choice for hotels to stay in Shingu in the future.

I stayed for one night on business from Osaka.1 minute walk from the station, and there is a parking lot for your car.The building is said to be old, but the rooms have been thoroughly renovated and there are no problems. The shower and toilet are clean, and shampoo, toothpaste, hair dryer, and yukata are also provided. There is a coffee shop on the first floor, and you can enjoy a delicious breakfast for 600 yen in the morning! The owner and customers were kind and we had a wonderful time 😊

The location is right in front of Shingu Station and right next to Toyota Rent a Car, so even women traveling alone can use it with confidence. The hotel staff was kind and happily carried my suitcase up to the 3rd floor. The room was well-cleaned and I had a comfortable stay.I will use them again.

Good points:・Located within the rotary in front of JR Shingu Station, perfect location for those using the train.・Although the building itself shows its age, the rooms and hallways are well-maintained and well-maintained.・The room we stayed in on the day was a newly renovated hotel with a newly renovated plumbing system and was more than affordable.・There is no non-smoking room, but the room I stayed in that day was as odorless as a non-smoking room.・The refrigerator in the room is already cold when you check in. (Contents are empty)・The air conditioning is not centrally controlled throughout the building, but is for home use, so the temperature can be adjusted individually.Personally, I didn't have any problems, but some people may have problems:・No elevator. The layout seems to be different depending on the room, so things I noticed about the room I stayed in that day:・There are few electrical outlets. There are 3 outlets in total: 1 next to the TV, 1 behind the refrigerator, and 1 between the bed and bedside table. I didn't have any problems because I only charged my smartphone, but it may be a problem for some people.-The room I happened to stay in was near the boiler chimney, so if you are concerned about operating noise, you may be concerned.
