I stayed on a room only plan. The reviews for Toretore-tei's buffet were not so good... I bought what I liked at Toretore Market and took it home while enjoying a leisurely drink. Unfortunately, it was raining, but the damp atmosphere was a good thing. I was surprised that part of the top of the refrigerator was a freezer, and the shower head had nano bubbles lol. There is a system where you can bring the necessary amount of amenities yourself from the lobby. My 3 year old daughter received a chick bag with children's amenities. I especially like the heart-shaped chick body sponge so much that I bring it home and use it. The beds can be moved by adults, so you can put them together and use them spaciously.

There were a lot of ants in the bathroom and washroom. I was at the top of the class, so it was difficult to get there and back.

I used it during my summer vacation in Wakayama for 2 nights and 3 days.We were blessed with good weather and had very good memories of Adventure World, Shirahama Energy Land, and delicious seafood, but the series of actions taken at this facility made my entire family extremely uncomfortable.I hope there are others who feel the same way. I would like to share it so that it doesn't come out. *This is a long article, so please read it only if you are interested. After checking in at the front desk, I was guided to room 6××. After entering the room, there were small ants in several places in the room, so I thought it was unpleasant, so my family divided up and got rid of them. However, there were more ants than we expected, so when we contacted the front desk, they immediately sprayed something that looked like insecticide around the entrance to prevent further intrusion from outside. After that, the number of ants continued to increase, and they were found all over the place, including the area where the cups were kept, the bathroom, and the futon cupboard, but I got rid of them for the time being and went to bed that day.The next morning, I was shocked to see a large number of ants coming out of the futon where my child had been sleeping, and when I contacted the front desk to say that I could not stay in this room any longer, I was told that there was a lot of nature around and that there were ants. The answer was that there was no problem, so I told the staff that it wasn't at that level and that I wanted them to come to my room and take a look at the situation. As if we were satisfied with the amount, we secured a room, room 6yy, for a temporary break that day, and another room, room 6zz, for the second day.The facility said that the refrigerated items stored in the refrigerator in 6xx could be moved to room 6zz. On the second day, I checked in again and checked the refrigerator in room 6zz, but it was empty and the refrigerator was not turned on.I immediately contacted the front desk, and the cleaning staff found out what was in the refrigerator in room 6xx. It is said that it was being disposed of as waste left behind by people. As I continued to communicate with the staff while being stunned by their response, I was told that the person in charge would come to apologize, so I waited in the room for about 30 minutes, but he never came and I spent the entire day playing at Adventure World. Since we were both tired and hungry, we headed straight for dinner. When I got back, I received a call on my cell phone, so I called back and the person in charge came again.Visited by the manager (a woman who identified herself as the manager) and a male staff member. Their arguments and responses were as follows.・I don't remember the staff promising to move refrigerated items to a new room.-Only two items were reported by cleaning staff as residue. *We kept a total of 6 items in the refrigerator, and the cleaning staff did not report the remaining 4 items.・The two reported items were once left at room temperature, but were returned after being cooled.・The facility is not at fault as the cleaning staff have been thorough in their reporting, but we have issued a 500 yen coupon that can be used at Toretore Market to compensate for the loss caused by the misunderstanding. We visited them to apologize, but based on their claims and responses, they said that they were not responsible.I was concerned about the fact that items that had been left at room temperature were not brand new, but were cooled and returned to us as they were, and that the items had to be moved around, which didn't have to be done, and there were a lot of ants. I can't put my discomfort into monetary terms, but I still felt that paying 500 yen was very disrespectful. In addition, the room 6xx, where a large number of ants had appeared the day before, was immediately cleared of guests, which suggests that the overall level of cleaning and cleaning staff at this facility is low, and the rooms are not properly cleaned. When I looked at the posts about this facility, I saw other similar posts, and I realized once again that this is a facility that is neglecting things that cannot be dismissed as just ``because it's natural''.If you are staying during this period, we recommend that you thoroughly check the entrance, closet, and bathroom.

A total of 6 people, including one grandchild, stayed here. Village has 2 rooms. Meals are buffet. The bath came with a ticket to a nearby hot spring. A flooring room and a marble-style room are available. The room has a bath and toilet, and services such as body gel, shampoo and conditioning are perfect. It was lit up at night, giving it a fantasy feel. Cheers that the whole family was able to see a shooting star by chance 🙏 The buffet was also full of seafood 💞 The next day was Adventure World 😄 We thoroughly enjoyed our exciting one-night, two-day trip. As for souvenirs, I bought a lot of fish at Tore Tore Market. It is recommended that your privacy is protected.

This is my second visit.Last time I went with my husband and wife, but this time I brought my two children with me.I went in the summer, and it was air-conditioned and comfortable. There is a small park nearby where children can play, so the children enjoyed themselves. There is a small observation deck where you can enjoy the night view of the village if you go at night.I really enjoyed this time as well.
