The host helped with planning my trips to the three art islands which was very helpful. It really helped me get the full experience while on this short detour. The house is fully stocked with everything I would need. Overall it’s been really good.

A very personal, cute, and happy place, highly recommend. Everything was amazing. Amazing and kind hosts picked us up, had bento ready for dinner, and helped us plan on day one. If there is anything you need, it's here. So much care was spent to decorate everything, warm lighting, and no end of things to explore. Thank you!

A magical moment with our 3 teenagers! Yuki and Aki are charming and welcoming! Present as soon as we have questions but also very discreet to let us enjoy the place.Yuki delighted us with her breakfasts but also in her restaurant in town!A kitchen is available and the common room is very pleasant. Allow a 15-minute walk to reach the port.Yuki even dropped us off at the train station on the way out!THANKS!!!!

I performed it live with lit.The sound was very good and I was impressed. I would be happy if I could perform live again. Also, the stay was comfortable and I was able to sleep soundly.

The thoughtfulness of the B&B can be seen everywhere.Although it is not the best location by the port, the boss is very kind, provides pick-up and travel information, and also helps me solve major problems that arise during the trip. Thank you very much for the help.Japanese-style rooms with tatami mats are more transparent in sound, and include a social hall, public bathroom, small and exquisite courtyard landscaping, etc. Perfect for people who aren't too noisy or sound sensitive, I spent a quiet and comfortable night there.

Very quiet location. Just a little far from the city center but the owner is very pleasant. She very kindly collected us from the pier and took us back to town for dinner. It takes a good twenty minutes to return on foot.The room is large and clean and Japanese style. The toilets are shared. I recommend

If you do your homework on how Japanese home life is like, and speak a little Japanese, you’ll have a great time! Yuki and the other staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, great people and kind. They offer rides to and from Uno station and there’s everything you need in the house for you.Shared restrooms and small rooms are the only downsides, otherwise you will truly feel like a local. I would love to stay there again. Restrooms are fully stocked with face/body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste etc. There is an honor system for buying small things like beer and coffee, and free use kitchen. Be prepared to sleep on a futon on tatami.Location is a bit far from town, on a hill, so try to take advantage of the rides they offer if you can.

A highly recommended experience. The hotel is very clean and close enough to the center. The owner came to pick us up at the station even though we changed the time a couple of times since we were coming from Naoshima. At dinner time she recommended a couple of local restaurants (we met her later having dinner) which we really liked. The rooms are old Japanese style, so they don't have solid walls, I found it a very fun experience.

I arrived at 8:00 pm and parked in a dark unpaved parking lot with no lights.After walking through a dark garden with poor footing, I arrived at the front door and saw a man in his late 20s asking, ``What's going on?''When I told them I was staying the night, I was told that the person here was going out at the moment, so please wait. They wouldn't let me sit on a chair and I was led to a free space, where there was another man sitting in a kotatsu, poking at his computer. glared at meAfter that, they started chatting happily and I stood there, but the owner showed up 20 minutes later, gave me a detailed explanation, and paid a slightly higher price than I had booked without even getting a receipt.Meanwhile, the computer man kept glaring at me.Foreigners were making noise until after midnight, but after that it was quiet.

The host spoke some English and gave us a ride into town for dinner and to catch the ferry. The house and garden are very beautiful and classic old style Japanese. Also the breakfast, while not included in the price, was very good!That being said if you want a Western bed and perfect sound insulation it's not the place for you. It is also a little ways from the train station, but the walk was manageable and you can likely request a ride if you plan ahead!

Yuki was so kind to pick up us quite late at the Station and take us early in the morning to the Port. The guesthouse is carefully decorated and has they have thought about so many details. Recommended!
