I stayed through Airbnb around April 2023.It was a twin room on the 3rd floor, and it was nice and clean, with a bathtub and washing machine.However, since the cleaning condition was not perfect, it would have been nice if cleaning tools were provided in the room.I didn't use it, but I think it would be possible to cook in the kitchen on the first floor.Since it is a family home converted into accommodation, there is no reception, so you have to communicate by phone if necessary. I spoke Japanese, but I don't know if English is also available. They told me to call before arrival to check in.It was difficult for tourists like me who could only use data and who did not have a Japanese cell phone because they had to use a public phone.There wasn't a public phone right nearby, so I had a hard time finding it. Plus, I didn't know how much money to put in, so I got disconnected midway.I stayed during the week, went to Shodoshima on the weekend, and then stayed again during the week. They kept my luggage for me, so I went there comfortably.He left his luggage under the kitchen stairs.Well, nothing special happenedThere was some noise because it was right next to the train tracks, but the noise that bothered me the most was the construction noise from the store right across from me. Wow... I thought I was going to die...

The good points are that it's near the station, there's a convenience store right next to it, it's very inexpensive, it has a large refrigerator and microwave, and it's fairly new and clean.The bad points are that there is no front desk, the cleaning is not professional, there is no washlet, and it is noisy because it is next to the railroad tracks.Personally, I feel that there are a few more benefits, but it is for people who can stay there thinking of it as a student dormitory.

It is very close to Kawaramachi Station. However, the train sound is very noisy.There is one room on each floor, with private toilet and shower available. There are a total of 4 floors and I used the 4th floor, but it would be difficult if I had a suitcase.Payment is only possible in cash. Considering the price, this is a good accommodation.

I wasn't expecting much in terms of water and service since it was a rented out apartment, but I was able to rent out a lot of other things.Best of all, you can even rent a bicycle, which I took full advantage of during my stay.There is a washing machine, but there is no dryer, so a coin laundry would be convenient.Also, the twin and double rooms only have stairs, so it's pretty easy to carry your luggage on your way there and back.You can pick it up at your hotel, and there's a convenience store right next door, so it's easy to send your luggage home.I'm sure I'll come back again as a base when I stay in Takamatsu.

The room was clean and easy to use.There are only stairs to the fourth floorI was too old to bring my suitcase up, so I had to leave it on the first floor.That alone was troublesome and painful.If I could stay on the first or second floor, I would like to use it again next time.

I stayed in this place for a week! It is a shared house for the traveller! You can use the public area and items, like the kitchen and the washing machine!The whole building managed by the owners, they offer totally 4 rooms! And i stay in 101!The room is not big BUT it provides everything you need: hairdryer, 3-4 hangers, box of tissue paper, television, a table, a chair , a comfortable big bed, multiple electricity plug! Pay attention no washroom inside the room, but you have your own washroom (1st floor) & bathroom (2nd floor)! The bathroom is a bit small, if you are big , i think you will feel so uncomfortable to stay inside the bathroom!And i have to mention the responsiveness of thr owner, they reply messages very quicky in case you need anything!And I am pretty sure they clean all the room the checkout rooms every day as i usually go out after 11am! And the cleaners come here around 10:30am - 12pm, they gather the used bed sheets and pillow covers and put them into the washing machine! I really feel so safe about their hygiene!!!!Lastly, its location is excellent too, it takes you only 5-8mins walk to the shopping street and reataurants, so convenient!If i come to Takamatsu in thr future, i must stay here again!

There is no parking lot, so you must use a nearby coin parking lot.The location is good, close to the restaurant area.It's close to the train, so it's quite noisy.There is no elevator, so you have to carry your suitcase up the stairs.
