I had the most amazing 2 nights at Desa Eko. The location is incredible - beautiful jungle views and starry skies. The staff is very kind and helpful, with a particular shout out to Putu Aspawan for being a great waterfall and ricefields trek guide. Really rated the food as well!

We have spent two nights in this accommodation. We came with some uncertainty about what the facilities would be like, sleeping there, sharing bathrooms (we never do that) and it has been an incredible experience. The facilities are super good. The stores (we slept in a lotus) are amazing and even have more than what is necessary. Bed and pillows (you had two to choose from) super comfortable, spectacular views, the place is amazing. The restaurant is all super delicious, breakfast is also very delicious.The yoga area is amazing, a wooden platform next to the river where you can practice in contact with nature, it is spectacular.The staff is super attentive and friendly and you have private parking at the hotel for both motorcycles and cars.The wifi is perfect, maybe at dinner time when there are more people in the stores it doesn't work well, but as soon as the restaurant closes it works perfectly. There are stairs, quite a few, because you are on the side of a mountain, but they helped us with our luggage upon arrival and the environment makes up for it. Without a doubt a great success. I have loved being here. And it allows you to see a large part of the beautiful waterfalls of the place, along a path from the accommodation (a two- to three-hour trek) without having to take a car or motorcycle. Of course, trekking in one of the waterfalls, for example melanting, is demanding in terms of physical fitness, but it is very worth it and you have warung along the way to rest.

Absolutely exceptional place in Munduk, our favorite in Bali. Desa Eko offers comfortable tents, nestled in the middle of the jungle, in a divine setting. An incredible energy emanates from this cocoon in the middle of nature, we were able to recharge our batteries like never before.The staff are the soul of Desa Eko, always caring and always smiling. They helped us with so many things during our stay, making us feel right at home. The Botanist restaurant is a delight, I have eaten the best dishes here and drank the best juices on the island. All the food is fresh, organic and grows a few meters from your plate, it is Agung that we had the opportunity to meet who strives to grow the best of the best here.But the real treasure of our trip was our meeting with Rico, guide and manager of Desa Eko, with whom we did activities in the great outdoors, he taught us so much about plants, trees, but also about culture and about life here. He is a man with a heart as huge as his smile, he gave us a lot, making our stay so authentic and local. Rico speaks perfect French and deeply loves sharing.Thank you all for the welcome you gave us, I hope to see you again soon!

So far, so close: Desa Eko and surrounded by nature, minutes from magnificent waterfalls, but also has six varieties of IPA and plays Kruangbin. Heaven is hype.Everything is elegant, calm, well thought out. The tents are simple but comfortable (we arrived on a day of heavy rain but we felt good there), the toilets and showers are shared but impeccable. The restaurant is very good.

Clean, good atmosphere, great views and very friendly personnel. Would certainly recommend this place (we had two tents (Cacao and Papaya) with family of two girl of 9 and 7). Children loved this place as well. Great start to do the waterfall trail, first waterfall is close 👍. Thanks.

This place is a real favorite: the unusual accommodation with an incredible view, the exceptional restaurant and the attentive staff to make your experience unforgettable!Services are offered from the hotel. We did the waterfalls and rice fields hike which was absolutely brilliant. A real moment of sharing with our guide who also speaks French. The walk in the jungle is sublime!Exceptional place to do!!
