I've never been to such a friendly and perfect hotel. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations because it was a sudden trip and I made a hasty reservation, but the rooms were clean and friendly, and there were a lot of things to enjoy. Thank you for making our trip to Takamatsu perfect!

The interior is not cramped for a Japanese hotel. Breakfast, tea time, and cocktail bar are all included. All staff are friendly

The hotel room and facilities were quite clean and convenient, but the highlight was definitely their hospitality! They took such great care of my baby the entire time.

Motel quality service. Can't call it hotel. It is burning hot outside with 35 degree and staying and wating at the lobby also similarly hot. Not sure they put on aircon on in such a hot day. Service is the worst, staff can't speak any Enlgish and even though room is ready, they don't let guest check in just a little bit earlier. Even 30 min earlier to check-in is not allowed. Lack of flexibility and never seen the hotel like this even though the room is ready. Staff has no soul and smile when greeting guests. They just don't wanna work in the customer service industry. Never gonna come back to stay here anymore. Please be flexible sometimes.

The room is very ordinary. There is nothing special about the amenities and equipment. If I had to force it, I would say that the chair was old and the cushion was a little worn out, making it uncomfortable to sit on, but that's tolerable. The lounge consists of three parts. Tea time mini cakes are something you often see at other hotel lounges. Bread can be heated in a toaster oven that produces steam. The juices were delicious. During cocktail hour, there are hors d'oeuvres and alcoholic beverages such as beer. The hors d'oeuvres are delicious. During bar time, hors d'oeuvres are replaced with nuts and cheese. There is also ochazuke, which is rice topped with toppings and tea with dashi soup. This soup stock is delicious. It was my personal wish, but the potato chips that were available at tea time were not available at bar time. It would be even better if there were potato chips to go with the sake. Also, while it's fine to use soft drinks from pots, for example, you can make cocktails with ginger ale. You can enjoy it even more if you have a small soft drink server. Overall, it was a high-quality lounge with a calm atmosphere and delicious food. Breakfast is a half buffet with a selection of Japanese or Western food + salad. There was also shippoku udon. Breakfast is average. This time, I stayed at the hotel after seeing it on Instagram, and it was a good value for money as I was able to use the lounge. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay at this hotel again. However, if the contents of the lounge shown in the hotel brochure photo are from the past, I feel that although the quality is still high, it has deteriorated a little. I sincerely hope that in the future, costs will be reduced and the content will not deteriorate.

I used it on a business trip. The inside of the hotel is very nice and clean. The receptionist is a remote-controlled avatar that you sometimes see.I was given detailed advice. There is a free cafe space on the first floor where you can drink coffee etc. There is also a shared kitchen and coin laundry, making it easy to stay for a long time. The room was spacious, so it was a good value for money.I would like to use it again when I go to Takamatsu.
