What a lovely Place and even more lovely hosts. The accomodation in an over 100 year old ryokan is just amazing. Its well Equiped, super tidy and cozy. The Host is very Kind and showed us all the nice places in the area. He even went to an onsen with us and showed us how its done - what more could you want? Also, try the breakfast! Its outstanding and prepared with love. I would totally recommend staying at the wonderful guesthouse. 6 out of 5 stars!

Two generations of my family stayed here. The warehouse room was unusual and had a great atmosphere, and the bedroom at the top of the stairs felt like a secret base, which was fun. The futon and towels were fluffy and very comfortable!The owner was very kind and I enjoyed listening to his stories.The cost performance was good, and it was the perfect accommodation for multiple people to stay!

It's a beautiful ancient house with newly renovated interiors.
Owner is really friendly and provides useful information of the area. The owner also provides activities and board games for entertainment. The location is more on the countryside, with some golf courses within 30 minutes reach. Overall a really good stay.

This was my first time using this service with 4 friends.The renovated rooms were a very nice space while still retaining the charm of the past. The bathroom and water area were well-cleaned and I was happy to be able to spend a comfortable time there. We had a BBQ in the garden by bringing in our own food, and the owner was very friendly and took great care of us, including preparation.There were no street lights around the inn, so we could see the stars very clearly. It felt like I was back at my grandma's house and I had a great time. I definitely want to come back when it's a little cooler. thank you very much!

I was looking for a good inn where I could rent a whole house for all my alumni from university club activities, and I was drawn to the wonderful atmosphere of the old folk house, the luxurious BBQ menu, and the Nagashi Somen noodles, so this was the only place I could stay. Oh! So I made a reservation.In addition to the original content, I was really satisfied with the extra content, such as someone offering me a plum wine tasting saying, ``I really want you to try it!'' and someone bringing me fireworks because it's the end of summer... It was!On the day of the event, everyone at Gamo's family was kind and attentive, such as responding sincerely to requests that the participating members made one after another, and responding quickly when it rained. I enjoyed it stress-free!Thank you very much to everyone at home for your help! We look forward to working with you next time!

Accommodation with preschool children from outside the prefecture. Local specialties were sprinkled throughout the BBQ and room facilities, making it a one-night, two-day stay where I could fully experience the charms of Kagawa. The rooms have been beautifully renovated and are a combination of tradition and convenience. The children also had a lot of fun rolling around and playing.

For English speakers:The host is an exceptionally kind and thoughtful host, and he gladly takes you anywhere you need to go in the area if you schedule with him. Facebook messenger worked great and he will translate whatever he says via text into english to communicate with you. As a heads up, I would suggest learning basic japanese to communicate with him, but if you're staying here you can probably do that. The room itself was great. It was clean, had working AC, and a nice bidet and bath. If you ever find yourself traveling to sakaide or kagawa/takamatsu, I SUPER RECOMMEND!Japanese reviewThe hosts of this house are very kind and patient. They will drive you to the local station. The room is very clean. If you are in Sakaide or Kagawa Prefecture, SUPER RECOMMEND!

I was excited to see the beautiful, old-fashioned house style room! Even when I checked in late, they kindly accommodated me, and even provided me with a microwave, ice, and snacks, making me a very kind host! It is a place where both children and adults can have fun, with retro toys, bikes, and paintings. I used it as an overnight stay after coming back from a festival, but I heard that you can also make a reservation for BBQ and Nagashi Somen, so I thought I'd like to come here all day next time! I can only thank you for the kind host, the extraordinary feeling, and the warm service. I will use it again!

Thank you for staying with us for one night during our first trip to Kagawa Prefecture.The room in the old folk house was the best space with a nostalgic smell and a feeling of reliving memories. It is a place where you can enjoy a quiet and retro atmosphere.The bath, air conditioning, toilet, etc. are all the latest equipment, so the comfort was of the highest quality.The owner, who is good at talking, will tell you about many famous udon restaurants, so it can also be used as a base for walking around eating udon without a plan!Another great point is that there is a famous udon restaurant "Gamo" just 2 minutes walk away!

My family of four used it for our first trip to Shikoku.After making the reservation, I immediately felt the kindness of the owner.They answered my questions in advance quickly and told me about recommended sightseeing spots and some delicious udon restaurants, which was very helpful.Even after arriving at the inn, the rooms, which were renovated from warehouses, were very comfortable and the whole family had a great time as they were built like a ninja mansion.In particular, my wife, who hates TV, was impressed by the fact that there was no TV and we could spend a quiet time together.For dinner, the BBQ of olive beef and fresh vegetables and the rice balls made from ancient rice were really delicious, and we also had real nagashi somen noodles. Thank you very much for being so kind as to refill the rice balls and somen noodles for the children who had eaten so much.I brought fireworks with me, so when I went to ask for them, they had already prepared candles and buckets, and I was impressed by their thoughtfulness.Next time I travel to Kagawa Prefecture, I will be sure to repeat.In that case, we look forward to working with you again.

I stayed for one night on a trip with my family of three.I was very grateful to the friendly owner who taught me a lot of local information. The rooms were also very relaxing and wonderful. It was a shame that the restaurant I was looking for, Gamo Udon, was temporarily closed, but after receiving the information I had, I started over at a different udon restaurant, so my plans after that went well. We recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to escape from the city and relax in a quiet location.

They also accommodated the amount of barbecue, which was helpful. Thank you for allowing us to experience nagashi somen and fireworks, and for allowing the whole family, both children and adults, to enjoy it. It became a good memory of my summer vacation.
