A pension on the west coast of Shodoshima with beautiful sunsets. Now we specialize in overnight stays and only have 3 rooms. There are no shops or restaurants nearby, so you'll need to come after your meal or buy ingredients elsewhere. The restaurant is run by a mother and son, and many repeat customers due to their friendly reception. However, there is no TV or refrigerator in the room, and the toilet and bath are shared.

When I looked up availability information at hotels on Shodoshima, there was a pretty good chance that there were some left, but I like this hotel. The hotel owner is a very warm person, and you can enjoy a relaxing time with a beautiful view of the sunset from your room. It's also good that it's in a great location to Juiwa.Admittedly, there is no TV in the room, there are few restaurants nearby, and the showers and toilets are shared, so it may be a little inconvenient.Still, I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone, where you can stay in a private room at an affordable price. Please consider it.

It used to be used as a restaurant, but now it is only open for overnight stays. The wife, who is easy to talk to, says she loves the view of the sunset she sees every day.The carefully maintained room was comfortable, and since there was no TV, I was able to enjoy my travels. It seemed to be used often by touring groups. We left early in the morning and stopped by again in the evening to watch the sunset.

Rooms are very dusty and include only the minimum. Location is isolated but quiet and next to the beach. It looks like a guesthouse rather than a hotel.

It was my first time on Shodoshima and I stayed there for 2 nights. Although we were staying overnight without meals, they made sure that we could enjoy our time on the island slowly. We were treated to the best hospitality with a view of the sea that spread out from the window and gentle conversations that were never pushy. I will use you again when I come to Shodoshima.

Despite having a sudden reservation on the day of the event, they prepared luxurious carpaccio, fried, and grilled mackerel with plenty of vegetables that had just been caught early in the morning, and served it to us for dinner. We were traveling as a mother and daughter, and the mother also highly praised it, and having dinner while watching the sunset on Shodoshima became very fond memories. Thank you very much.

An inn with a beautiful sunset. It's close to the sea, so you can hear the waves when you open the window. The appearance has become beautiful. The first floor is a garage, the second floor is a restaurant, and the third floor is a guest room. Wheelchairs are not allowed as there will be stairs.Tonosho Port can be reached in 10 minutes by car, although you have to go over one mountain. There are buses, but they are infrequent.Since it is not close to tourist spots, there is little traffic, and it is quiet despite facing the road. For those walking, there is also a shuttle service to Tonosho Port and Olive Onsen. The old Togata Elementary School is nearby, and it feels like it blends into the scenery. It feels like climbing a mountain, but there is also a nice scenic layer of rocks nearby. This is an inn where you can relax and enjoy the view. The taste of dishes made with olives is as good as other hotels. There aren't many customers, so it's nice to be able to eat in a relaxed manner. Please note that there is no TV. Also, be aware that there are only convenience stores near Tonosho Port.

Last time I traveled by motorcycle alone, but this time I traveled by car as a couple. I made an early reservation and reserved an ocean view room. I thought there would be no bathroom or toilet in the room, just a shared one, but I was very impressed when they provided me with a room with a unit bath and toilet. It was raining heavily when we arrived, so we couldn't see the sunset from our room, but it cleared up and we were able to enjoy the sunset after dinner. For that dinner, the bone-in chicken I had last time was delicious, and this time when I made a reservation at Jalan, they didn't have a bone-in chicken course, so I really wanted my wife to try it. I had never eaten chicken before, so I called and confirmed that they had bone-in chicken before visiting. We started with seafood carpaccio as an appetizer, followed by head shrimp and sole meuniere, and finally, when we were full, the bone-in chicken came out. The volume is amazing. If you ask me, it seems like the old man is saying, ``I want the customers to eat as much as they can.'' This is a reservation-only restaurant, and it seems like a pension that puts a lot of effort into its food. The only negative point is that the common bath when I first used it was old-fashioned and had a bit of a Showa-era smell. I usually just take a shower, so it didn't bother me that much. Now, I live without seeing the sunset every day, so this pension, where you can enjoy the sunset over the Seto Inland Sea as calm as the surface of a lake, is already becoming a repeat guest for me, and I can recommend it to everyone. This is an inn.
