Great location right on the beach, very friendly staff, dinner in the restaurant (BBQ with table grill) was also very good. We lived in one of the simple "Japanese style cottages" with tatami to sleep in. For me, sleeping on the floor is part of a trip to Japan. The location is very convenient, near the eastern entrance to the Benesse Art area and the Yellow Pumpkins. The staff was very helpful in advance. The only weak point: no luggage service to the ferry, I balanced my suitcase on the bike (necessary to rent for the island).

I stayed in a trailer at the end of September 2023, but the air conditioner wasn't cool and there was mold, so it was a little weird. Instead, it is right next to the beach and the water depth is only about waist level, making it good for swimming. Even if you go about 20 meters from the beach, the water depth remains the same. Going to Kusama Yayoi Pumpkin through the sea is also a very enjoyable experience.
