No matter where you go on Shodoshima, the view of the Seto Inland Sea is spectacular, and this hotel, which is located on a hill, also had a great view from the rooms and baths. The price was also reasonable.

From the window, you can see the ferry moving through the calm bay. If you enter the inn from the Sakate Port side, you will have to turn left immediately after exiting the tunnel, so if you are seeing it for the first time, you may end up going too far. The bike is under the roof. There were many toilets in the hallway, but it was helpful that the toilet with a cleaning function was attached to the room as an afterthought.

I used it when my husband and I traveled to Shodoshima. The facility is quite old, but I thought it would be something like this for a national lodging house, but I went for a plan with a relatively upgraded menu, but I can only say that I was disappointed. There was quite a lot of sashimi, but it was packed in such a small plate (see photo) that it didn't feel delicious or luxurious. The other dishes are also not very good. The bathroom was also small and I didn't feel like traveling.I think it would be something like this if the accommodation costs were half, but it's not worth this amount.I felt disappointed.

【disappointing】Due to lack of confirmation before my reservation, there was no bath in the room. Only the large public bath.Air conditioning is provided throughout the building. There is no air conditioner installed in each room. The air conditioner can be adjusted in three levels (low, medium, and high), but even on low, the air conditioner feels like 22℃. It's cold. Stayed in July. You can often hear things like doors opening and closing, footsteps in the hallway, talking, coughing, and the toilet in the next room that occur in various parts of the hotel.Even though it was the first day of a three-day holiday, it cost 10,000 yen for one adult to stay overnight without meals.I think the toilet was flushed in another room, but the toilet in the room I'm staying in makes a gurgling sound. The refrigerator in the room makes regular noises and starts cooling down. noisy.

Great location. Is overcoming the aging of facilities an issue? There is also a noticeable shortage of manpower.
