The boss is very enthusiastic and can communicate in Chinese. However, transportation is inconvenient. It is suitable for tourists who drive, or it is best to contact the boss in advance for pick-up and drop-off.

Incredibly nice hostess. Nice room with a view of Mount Fuji and comfortable beds. There is a Japanese bath that can be used in slots.The breakfast is very tasty!We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks

We stayed with 3 adults and 1 infant.The owner's husband is from China, and although his Japanese is broken, he is very kind 😊Every corner is clean, and the communal bath and toilet are also very clean! ️It was a corner room so it was hard to hear my child crying, which was nice.It's not a business hotel, so the bathroom is shared, but it has a different feel than a hotel.Karaoke, mahjong, board games, and bicycle rentals are also available.We also have shampoo, body soap, toothbrushes, face towels, and bath towels! ️There was also a kettle and refrigerator in the room, so it was easy to make powdered milk and I felt safe.The welcome drink, jasmine tea, was brought from China and was very delicious! ️It was my first time drinking such delicious tea! ️The owner was very kind, and my family, my foreign husband, and my parents all had a great time! ️Lake Yamanaka is right in front of you, and you can see Mt. Fuji from the window! ️

I had a friend who came to stay overnight without meals... The owner couple couldn't understand Japanese properly. that? Wasn't the owner Japanese? I heard that they are the owners. Apparently he had left his bath towel and face towel in his room, so he went to the front desk to borrow them that night, but there was no one there and there was no doorbell.There was a pot and tea ready, but it was left over from the previous customer.After checking in, I told them with great difficulty that they brought me some jasmine tea.There seemed to be other customers, but I don't think the place was fully booked and the place wasn't completely occupied.I will never use it again.If they are going to charge a certain amount of money, I would like them to do something a little more. For this price, I thought I would receive decent service. There were other things I was concerned about...Please rewrite the introduction of the pension instead of leaving it as it was written by the previous owner.
