My parents stayed here for one night a while ago. They were impressed with the hospitality service offered by the team. All employees were so friendly, attentive and they felt being so welcomed. Everything was top notch. The round trip limousine service was on-time, reliable and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. They had dinner and breakfast, too. Fresh sashimi, grilled seafood and sukiyaki were all nice. The sashimi chef and server did a fantastic job introducing food and dishes to them. My mom has a small stomach, but she really wished she could eat more. The natural hot spring was also authentic. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done to ensure such unforgettable journey. My parents really appreciate it. Now I am planning for another trip with my husband to visit here next time when we are in Japan.

This time we brought our children to Haiyue Hotel because we didn’t want to go to a popular internet hotel with too many people. We found this hotel with good ratings on Google and we were really satisfied. Although the hot spring does not face the Pacific Ocean, the outdoor hot spring can see the fishing port and the stars in the sky, giving it a peaceful feel. After soaking in the hot springs, there were more than ten kinds of free ice cream to choose from. The children enjoyed eating them and kept saying they would come back next time. The portions of breakfast and dinner are so large that you can't finish them all, especially the ingredients for dinner, which are very fresh. There are Shirahama-specific seafood set meals, bear bison set meals, and special set meals for children. Although the hotel is not on Shirahama Beach, the hotel provides free bicycles and you can even ride Shirahama. I heard that the free yukata for children (very beautiful) can be worn to take pictures on the beach. Now it is only for boys. Next month there will be beautiful yukata for girls. It is a pity that we missed it. But this is also the reason for our next visit. The service staff at the hotel are very considerate, take good care of the children and give them gifts. We were escorted to the door when we left, it was a very warm holiday.

Shirahama ~ a beautiful hotel, enjoy the Japanese atmosphere and kaiseki cuisine, a moment of tranquility, forget about the city and work, the hotel manager is a Chinese man (can speak Japanese and Chinese), the service is considerate, and he introduces the local culture and scenery Excellent, the key staff are super nice. You can ask the hotel to connect the subway to the hotel and back. Travelers who plan to go to Wakayama or go to Adventure World to see baby pandas, it is really worth a visit... you will have no regrets in life.

The room was comfortable with a beautiful view and interior. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of amenities. Thank you for preparing children's supplies! The food was also very delicious.I was happy that the staff took great care of me.Next time I would definitely like to go with a plan that includes dinner.

Very nice ryokan hotel which offers spacious Japanese rooms. Even if it is out of the way from the beach. It is easily accessible by bus. There is even a shuttle system. Very kind and efficient staffBeautiful services in the roomsThe onsen is also very nice with an internal part and an external part.

I read teacher Xu Jingbo’s article before. It happened to be three consecutive vacations from July 13 to July 15. I took my wife to Baibang for vacation and checked into Haiyue Hotel. I was super satisfied with the three-day trip!The hotel manager Lao Bai drove to the airport to pick us up. The newly renovated hotel has a very good environment. The lobby, restaurant, and guest rooms are all brand new facilities. The indoor and outdoor hot springs are also very pleasant. The set meal we booked included breakfast and dinner. The first night was the Wagyu beef set meal. The portions were very generous and every dish was delicious, including black beef sushi/barbecue/beef croquettes...but we might eat ramen at noon. Because it was too late, we didn’t finish the meal; the next day was the lobster set meal, which was exquisite and delicious. After eating, we walked to the beach to eat... Before going back to the room in the evening, we had a beer at the bar downstairs, which was rare. Relaxation time...Except for not using sunscreen and getting a bit miserable from the sun on the white beach, the rest of the trip was very satisfying. I will probably go there again with my kids next time~

December 2023? It appears to be fully reopened. All visible areas, including the front desk, hallways, and guest rooms, were kept clean.I don't think you can miss out on spending precious time with your family or lover.It was nice to be able to soak in the open-air bath on the rock surface. All-you-can-eat ice cream after taking a bath is also great.In addition to water, there were 3 plastic bottles of tea and peach water in the room.The TV also has Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.I stay at a hot spring inn in Shirahama twice a month due to business trips, and I think it ranks high in Shirahama in terms of quality. However, as a business trip, I have to look for a room for less than 10,000 yen per night (excluding tax) according to company regulations, so I'd appreciate it if they could charge less than 10,000 yen on weekdays during the off-season.

During the New Year holidays, my family and I visited Shirahama Onsen Resort Kaitake, which had reopened after renovations. The Japanese drum surprise touched my heart! I also participated in making rice cakes, which was a lot of fun. The quality of the hot springs was better than I expected, and my skin was smooth! What the kids were most happy about was the 6 types of ice cream they got after taking a bath! After that, we had a kaiseki dinner that was so impressive! With a variety of seasonal and local ingredients such as seafood, meat, and vegetables, everyone was so full that they didn't want to move.Lastly, the warm service provided by the staff left a lasting impression on me. The room I stayed in was also very clean (although it was renovated so it was clean overall). I stayed for two nights, so on the second day a male staff member drove me to the plum grove and went strawberry picking. Along the way, they enthusiastically introduced us to the local area and explained sightseeing. It was really helpful for us who went to Shirahama for the first time. (It looks like we can go to various places by shuttle.)Thank you from the bottom of my heart for a wonderful trip and experience. I think I want to go again.

The hot springs were good, the food was delicious, the room was easy to use, and the front desk was open and had a nice feel. You can see the ocean from the front desk, so we recommend taking a walk.I booked a one-night, two-meal course, but for breakfast and dinner, I was treated to a richer selection of dishes than I expected, and there were many things I wouldn't normally enjoy. My family of four stayed here for two nights, and it is a relaxing hot spring inn.
